It's my first time visiting this location and I like the design of the space when I first walked in. And then I was welcomed by friendly staff, and even got a special treat because they were closing early. I also noticed that the store was pretty clean. Will definitely come to visit again!

Been here several times. Never totally impressed with service. But today got my order wrong/missing items. Ordered Carmel ribbon crunch. No crunch. Guess they ran out. But nothing said. No I’m sorry or anything. Got a larger size drink than I thought I ordered, didn’t get a receipt so can’t even see what I was charged. Not impressed. Right next to Penn Station so many more options.
