Good location. Staff is very friendly but appear to be very overwhelmed, which is probably the reason for the reviews that mention long wait times and receiving incorrect orders. They could definitely stand to hire a few more baristas, especially during peak times, but no complaints from me.

I have been coming to this starbucks for 8 years + since I started my career in NYC. This staff has been nothing but kind and thoughtful to me and my partner. They've known me by name for years and at times have my order already prepped. On a rare occasion they comp my drink. They also ask my partner how I'm doing when I don't come in with her. Overall the staff is why I come back to this Starbucks. It's surprising to me to see some of these other negative reviews.

The staff appears disengaged. There was no one at the register on 1 occasion. When I asked for help a woman said she was busy and then walked over to a Customer who came in after me. The seating is okay. It appears busy. The staff seriously needs some kind of motivation to work. I have also been there on other occasions with better service.

This is the best Starbucks. Brittany and Dee are some of the best baristas I have met. I go here at 6am in the morning and Brittany always has a smile on her face. She is beyond cheerful and kind to everyone who comes in the store. When I go in around 9am she makes sure to say hello to everyone walking through those doors. I used to see Dee in the early mornings here but later found out he moved to a late morning shift because he moved further away. But love getting to see him when I go for my midmorning pick me up.

I've been here twice where I haven't had the chance to use the app, and they have gotten my order wrong both times. I ordered 2 items and they've been wrong both times! How!!!

This review is a few weeks late, but I HIGHLY recommend making this your go-to Starbucks if you work in the area. Even though this store gets slammed in the morning, the employees are still friendly and stay on top of mobile orders. Also, a few weeks ago, I just so happened to chat with the manager after overhearing his conversation with the previous customer. It wasn't anything special, but after we stopped talking and I placed my order, he said my drink was on the house! What's more, he wrote "stay beautiful" with a smiley face and heart on my cup. I know most people would think that's weird or whatever, but it absolutely made my day. What he didn't know was that I was having a terrible few days with lots of crying and little sleep, so his act of kindness made me smile for the first time in awhile. Thanks Starbucks on 21st and 5th!!!

This place is hands down the worst Starbucks I've been to and the worst customer experience I have ever had. There are multiple Starbucks in the area but this one is closest to my office. At times, I have gone and there have been long waits or they are missing ingredients but this time they completely forgot about my order. I was there for 33 minutes. I had asked about my order a few times and was told that it was in the makes, when it clearly was not. It took even longer to receive a refund which the employees could not do without their manager. They could have made my drink in the amount of time it took them to refund me. The employees would rather joke around than actually do their jobs and when faced with conflict, they shrug and become mute. I didn't receive my drink, a credit, or an apology, simply a refund and a shrug and I was late for work because I believed that they could even make a difference in the situation. My mistake. 9:30am - Ordered a drink that has literally 2 ingredients9:40am - Asked where my drink was and they said they were making it9:50am - Asked where my drink was and they said they were making it9:52am - Asked for a refund10:00am - The manager comes to refund me10:03am - I leave with literally nothingDon't come here. This place is beyond appalling.

Why nobody reads? Ordered an iced tea from mobile app and specified 2 pumps of sugar. And of course they put 6 pumps by default without bothering to read.
