Generally very long lines but this location does an excellent job getting your order placed and ready in good time. Shockingly they get your name right too. Hahaha anywho average location with the latest in spectacular coffee drinks. Plus they now carry the travel sized Swell bottles with wide mouth. Beats a hot paper cup any day.

Worst service ever. Slow. Didn't even look but told me they didn't have the gluten-free sandwich then as I was waiting for my drink she served the gluten free sandwich to someone else. When I asked about it she said someone just “found†one... ok, ew.

This staff only caters to white and Asian people I am professional Advertising Executives. The all black staff didn't remember my drink and I stood there for almost 20 minutes while it wasn't. It's and watched 4 people get helped until i asked for my drink. Which they had my ticket for but the barista wasn't reading tickets. What sucks is that I have been working staff and was very friendly and personable. Will never go back!! Only after my mishap I sat there while they checked to make sure everyone after Me was going to get the right beverage.

If I could post a picture I would, they gave me an iced coffee be to half full. I'm went to ask what happened with it and the lady was rude and said what you want more water? Then I said I guess? Then she fills it up all ice then the water. So then I asked her if she could have remove the ice and she gave me attitude again! Never will come back again.
