Surprisingly not too crowded, but the staff of this Starbucks is exceptional. Friendly, attentive and app was down and even explained the situation and apologized for the outage that they had nothing to do with. Food and drink are consistent with Starbucks but this team was amazing.
Visited multiple times as this was en route between my hotel (Eventi Kimpton) and where family staying at nearby Hyatt ... staff were friendly every time and even remembered me when visited twice in quick succession so offered re-fil price on a cup of tea which was unexpected, but welcome (so extra tip in order!). Pretty standard Starbucks, but staff for me made the difference
I had a tough morning, and it was clear on my face what kind of day I was having. I went into this location, and the staff changed my day. They put a sweet message on my cup, and it completely altered the course of my day. Can't thank them enough for being so kind. Can't wait to go back again soon.
