Bad service, I asked for the toilet since my 2-year-old baby had to change his diaper, and a boy who speaks Spanish didn't let me in!! He yelled at me and told me no even though he was only going to change my baby's diaper, bad service.

I ordered a couple of things to eat and drink (so it was a big order) and the girl working there, probably manager, told the guy to not give more than 2 tissues. The gesture put me off completely. Either Starbucks is struggling or the staff (management) is petty and unkind to the other staff. Whatever is was very off putting.

Usually a very welcoming attentive group of staff behind the counter NOT today. No “good morning” when anyone walked in and I was standing at the register to place an order, with one customer behind, and we looked at each other and we were like what’s going on. In an effort to get service I called out asking for who the manager is.It took about THREE shoutouts for one of the TWO managers on duty to respond. I asked what’s going on…no welcome acknowledgement upon entering, no acknowledgement standing at the counter and having to call out for a manager, when one of the two staff persons standing with her back to us clearly saw us waiting, to place orders.I come into this location 1-2 times a week and know what the protocol is. Silence from staff upon entering is not it.It appears that everyone got the message as all staff are going overboard with saying good morning. I guess they got the message. ??‍♀️

Where is the tipping option if you pay by card for the baristas? Where is the tip jar?? ? Can we tip via the app? Please let us tip the baristas! Always always tip. If you complain about the price as a reason to not tip, go somewhere else if you want to disrespect these workers. They take orders from both inside Hunter College and from the side facing the street simultaneously so they’re always busy, but very clean and efficient despite constantly cleaning up after thousands of college students. The drinks are consistently well-made. To the anti-black fatphobic reviewer, stay away from these lovely baristas and never come back ty! <3Wheelchair accessibility: Not completely wheelchair accessible as they have a second floor of seats down a flight of stairs, and minimal seats on the main floor.

Due to its location, this store is always very busy and you have to anticipate a 20 minute wait if you want a drink here. Despite this, the staff does the best they can and they try their best to get everyone’s orders out and make them well. Shoutout to Eva, who is always on top of orders and making sure they’re picked up as soon as they’re done.

i don’t like this starbucks location, it’s convenient for hunter college students like myself, but the employees DO NOT make the drinks well, i get it that they’re rushing, but atleast make the drink well, first or all the drinks are so expensive now, & then they don’t even make it right!! like i don’t wanna pay $7 for a GRANDE!! & it’s not even tasty! i asked for a simple cold brew with almond milk w caramel & sf vanilla. they barely put any milk & it was so dark & bitter. I asked one of the employees for more almond milk, she opened a new pack of milk & literally poured 2 drops of some clear “milk” she didn’t even shake the milk before putting it in my drink, my drink still tasted horrible. I’m never ordering at this location again

It takes way less time for me to walk all the way to 1st ave to go to starbucks and then for me to go downstairs and get a drink from here. No student has time to wait 30 minutes for a drink that they ordered way ahead of time. I don't know if they're understaffed but there's no sense of urgency from any of the employees.

Since I'm on my period and I'm not feeling well, I wanted a room temperature drink without ice. I watched the fat black waiter put ice in my drink and shake it up before he noticed that my note had no ice. He just scooped out the ice, he didn't remake me a glass. He also kept that glass in there for more than ten minutes, and when I asked him directly, he asked me to wait for him, and he gave me the glass of iced drink after he made a few other drinks. I said I don't want ice, and then he said that he didn't put ice, and his other colleagues also echoed him. But I saw his production process, his other colleagues did not see it! The drink was actually iced!
