Usually a very welcoming attentive group of staff behind the counter NOT today. No “good morning” when anyone walked in and I was standing at the register to place an order, with one customer behind, and we looked at each other and we were like what’s going on. Where is the tipping option if you pay by card for the baristas? Where is the tip jar?? ? Can we tip via the app? Please let us tip the baristas! Always always tip. If you complain about the price as a reason to not tip, go somewhere else if you want to disrespect these workers. They take orders from both inside Hunter College and from the side facing the street simultaneously so they’re always busy, but very clean and efficient despite constantly cleaning up after thousands...read full review
