I go to Baruch and usually I come here on my breaks for a drink or so.I like everyone that works here.They usually greet people since you walk at the door. They have been very nice to me.Tbh feels like a family business and I feel good to support them. Prices are expectable for what they are bc of the location.

I went to this location last Tuesday around 7:40pm. I was the only Caucasian person there and I stood at the cash for at least 5 minutes waiting for one of your workers to acknowledge that I was there. One looked right at me and WALKED AWAY. Didn’t even say hello, just straight up ignored me. My fiance (who is black) came in a few minutes later, I told him I’ve been waiting here to order and they’re just ignoring me. He told me they’re being racist. I asked him “are you sure?” He said hell yeah, none of the workers are white, none of the other customers are white and you’re the only one they’re ignoring! So I left without even being acknowledged by your staff and I didn’t purchase anything. I decided to give you guys another chance. Tonight, I came in around the same time. At least I was greeted this time, which was a surprise. I asked if I could get a London fog with oat milk. The guy at the cash told me “nah, we’re closing in 5 minutes. You can only get a regular coffee or iced coffee.” I looked at my phone, perplexed, it was 7:44pm. I said to the guy “ok…” and I left. It takes 2 minutes to steam some milk and make a tea, and besides that they weren’t closing for another 16 minutes. It’s not like I was asking for some extremely complicated drink. Again, I left without purchasing anything- not because I didn’t want to, but because your staff REFUSED to do what you’re paying them to do. Weird experiences both times. Your staff is lazy, rude, racist and ignorant. Do better.

Terrible Experience. I’ve been there multiple times and the cashier always has an attitude. I asked for grande pistachio cold brew and not only did the cashier charge me 8 dollars but the person making it and him had an attitude when I told them that it wasn’t what I ordered. Finally when they remade it was just a regular cold brew with no pistachio. As an employee you shouldn’t be annoyed when you do your job wrong.

The employees at this location need to be fired and replaced with people who have at least an ounce of customer service skills, which alone would be a significant improvement! Also, I dont think gangster rap with vulgar lyrics blasting on the speakers creates an appropriate atmosphere when children are

Avoid this Starbucks at all costs, employees are rude and create a tense environment.The employee on register (who's name I believe was Megan) made my girlfriend and I extremely uncomfortable. They never greeted us so we didn't know if they were ready to take our order, and then said "Do you wanna order?" rudely. After we ordered I mentioned that I am partner at Starbucks and would like to use my numbers. They didn't respond and stared blankly at me... I said "Okay..." and gave my numbers. They kept staring never asked for my name to confirm the correct numbers so I asked "It should say Dom" and they then said "Oh should say? You dont know your own name? What's the last name?" They doubted I was an employee three times so I offered to show my ID, when they saw my ID they said "Why not just put your numbers on your phone to avoid this?" as if its my fault they were treated me that way. During this entire interaction they gave my girlfriend a dirty look, staring for an awkwardly long time, while talking to me. This made her extremely uncomfortable to the point my girlfriend walked away before I finished paying. This has got to be the worst Starbucks's I've ever been to, and makes me embarrassed as a fellow partner.

This is the worst starbucks i have ever been to. The staff is completely irresponsible and ignores you perfectly for a long time. They cant even get a order right. Even the spelling was wrong. The drinks are made in such a lazy way and they taste bad. Just go to another starbucks. Theyre lucky they have college kids nearby, otherwise this store would have closed or hired new people

The employees at this particular establishment exhibit a concerning lack of professionalism and courteous demeanor. Their peculiar and unbecoming approach to greeting customers is disconcerting and does not align with the standard expected in reputable establishments. It is regrettable that such rudeness is encountered at this location, especially when comparing it to other Starbucks branches, where more amiable and respectful interactions are the norm.
