Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. I made a purchase and decided to sit before my interview. An employee came by, banged on my table, and told me I needed to make a purchase and kicked me out. Hospitality is dead. What gives? I wasnt disturbing anyone and my presence disturbed him to the point of needing to kick me out. I was already having a shit day and needed to sit down and breathe and the man felt it was more important to kick me out despite my starbucks in my hand. I got so embarrassed by the commotion he made, banging on my table like that. Genuinely so shocked, I didn’t know what I did so wrong for him to react that way. Left the store in tears and was stuck outside in the freezing cold.
Will be contacting corporate over the mistreatment I experienced. It wasn’t even a water, I had a refresher in my hand and was told it wasn’t the same.

Drink was delish (caramel miso mocha!) and staff was super friendly. But three stars because there weren’t enough people staffed. Maybe there was an emergency, but if not, managers get this crew a little help! Long line to order, pickup and tables had store was a bit messy. Looked to me like employees were doing their best, just not enough of them

I go to Starbucks at least three times a week usually at different locations throughout Manhattan. I must say this was the best experiences I have ever had. The gentleman, Jean, and who I later found out was the store manager was incredibly kind and sweet. Really made my day and will go out of my way to visit this particular location. Thank you!!!

Great little Starbucks with cocktails and all but the food wasn’t the best. At least compared to other Starbucks locations would just go for the coffee or cocktail and skip the food.

What an amazing experience. Every floor of the Starbucks Reserve was impressive, all the offerings amazing, and our barista Jeremy, provided us an educational and enriched coffee experience. We realized we didn't know that much about coffee, and the process for it to be served to us! Definitely would recommend this to anyone in the New York area (we're from California on vacation) wanting to enjoy an elevated coffee experience!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review I had an excellent experience at Starbucks today! Brian, the barista who served me was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive. He greeted me with a warm smile, asked about my day, and made me feel genuinely welcome. The service was fast and accommodating — he really paid attention to what customers might need or want.
I ordered an Iced Matcha and Espresso Martini, and it was absolutely amazing — highly recommend, 10/10! Overall, great customer service and a wonderful experience.
Customer service in restaurant was poor. Rude host. Meat and cheese dish overpriced for poor quality food.
