The Starbucks attempt to present a reserve/higher end brand is failing miserably at this location. The space is clean and inviting, but the service is lacking. The clueless youngsters working here have no interest in providing an exquisite experience. Yes, the coffee and food are good, as expected from an international chain. But a responsible adult needs to take charge of this location and re-train the staff. I had to wait over 10 min for my pour-over drinks, after being told I cannot have the advertised Ethiopian coffee I wanted to try as an espresso drink. The place was half empty, but the staff were too busy chatting. When the cashier who took my order and payment realized after a while that I was not helped, and prompted the baristas, they looked visibly displeased to have to open up a new bag and grind fresh coffee for my drinks,
they offered me a regular brew, so I don’t have to wait… no thank you! My point is if I pay $14 for two cups of specialty reserve pour over coffee, I expect to get it promptly without attitude and preferably with a smile and friendly chatter if possible.

App doesn't work here, no order ahead. And it's supposed to be a flagship?

Service was a 20 out of 10, made me feel welcome and special.
Atmosphere, for a Reserve, felt more like a regular Starbucks that's been remodeled. The bar area didn't feel special or even necessary at this location.
As far as drinks, the matcha margarita gets a 20 out of 10, but the espresso martini definitely left me wanting something else. Too bitter and hardly any actual drink with alot of foam. I'll probably come back for the margarita but not the martini.

Sorry to say but this Starbucks location isn to longer pleasant or practical now that Apollo Bagel customers are bringing their food in there. They hide it and then eat it, they occupy a vast majority of the tables and chairs - and they sometimes buy coffee but a LOT of times they just get water in a Starbucks cup. They come in groups, are noisy and inconvenience regular customers who do purchase Starbucks food and coffee (many of whom do their work there) Our family and friends have come in and commented on this to staff - but no results. Thus the 1 starts on Service and Atmosphere. So Bye By... at least until NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS ALLOWED THERE (like other nice places). So please someone pay attention to this if you want our business......

When I tried to order my usual Starbucks beverage, the cashier seemed delighted to tell me “we don’t have that here, sorry!” And instead of offering something alternative or trying to get me to stay, she smiled smugly and said “okay, bye!” They clearly get a kick out of being inhospitable to people who don’t know what a “Starbucks Reserve” is or why it should exist.

Rude staff. Really bad attitude. Messed up order and accused me of ordering something different.

I had a great experience at the Starbucks Reserve Greenwich location! This was my first time going to a Starbucks reserve location. My drink was amazing! I ordered the hot honey ginger spritz, and it was so creative and flavorful. We went on a Saturday afternoon around 3 p.m. and it was very busy. The staff member that took my order was friendly, and my order was ready within a reasonable amount of time despite the amount of people there. My only disappointment was that seating is limited,
and I was unable to find a spot to sit. For those who visit, I would recommend going early if you want a spot to sit down. Other than that, I really enjoyed my experience at Starbucks Reserve Greenwich location!

Solid coffee and service. But $9 breakfast sandwich was cool on the inside. Probably should have exchanged it for one properly warmed.

Sudden price increases. Standard sandwiches to be 850 suddenly went up to 10:50. They used to actually make the sandwiches artisanally on the premises in front of you now they're coming in from some factory in Brooklyn not the same prices up quality down.

The food was great. Drinks were impeccable! Also our good sis Lisa along with the kind staff accommodated us all the way though and made sure our stay here was pleasant and nothing short of good vibes. 10/10 would recommend.

We would give zero stars if we could, the bar staff are super rude and full of themselves, I’m sure they cannot afford a single drink there themselves!
The server/front person told us we would each HAVE to order a cocktail if we wanted to sit at the cafe, when we could clearly see tables with only one drink or a flight having fun.
The super rude girl with the bandana in the video, was full of airs and made my senior citizen mom climb up and down the stairs twice like this was so Michelin star Fort Knox
Never going back to this tourist trap with rude staff selling $25 cocktails
Change your staff to people who know how to operate in the service industry

Ordered a chai latte & what i received was not a chai latte, it had espresso in it.
As a customer service employee myself,
i nicely explained this to the dark haired barista
& ask if its possible for it to be remade…
& she told me “no thats what your ordered.” & walked away.
never in my LIFE would i speak to a paying & TIPPING customer the way she spoke to me, so incredibly rude.
i would not recommend the starbucks, unless you wanna a side of attitude.
