It’s not about my order at this location. It’s about the staffs/baristas. They are awesome! I stopped by twice this year asking about the card for the year of the horse, happened to asked the same female barista, she recognizes me, I also recognized her too. I’m just very happy as a customer. So if anytime I want a drink or food or whatever from Starbucks, this is definitely one of the locations in Manhattan I would wanna come, for sure!!!!

Love a place that serves food and drink on site but doesn’t share bathroom facilities with customers. You can see the bathroom in the public area, employees only. I get it went logistically not possible but this is disgusting.

With other location closed, you would think the remaining location will keep up the demands. I have to walk out of my way to work to go to this location and i order in advance and my order is still not ready when i get there even though the app said it was ready. Waited 10min to realized they for got my order. When checking about my order, first thing the barista said was, did you come to the right location? instead of asking for my name and checking the order. very disappointing with Starbucks customer service. Starbucks was an upscale place from what i remembered and used to. I think they should focus on orders instead of writing messages on the cup. They have 1 person just writing messages on the cups? i'm sorry, i dont care about the message, i just want my coffee. thank you!

Abnormally slow fulfillment speed for a Starbucks, even during slow times . Just feels like the workers are so sluggish. Orders generally 10-15 mins late after the ready by time given by Starbucks app

I ordered multiple drinks and politely asked for a cup carrier to a male barista. The employee seemed visibly annoyed and mouthed something inappropriate under their breath. I don’t think the employee even knew where the cup carriers were, because another staff member helped me quickly.

It made the experience uncomfortable, which was disappointing.

I went in as I wanted hot water for tea and they only do that if you purchase something had a so called croissant or that's why they called it, this looks like a croissant but my god tasted nothing like a croissant how does your company call a product this and tastes of nothing.
It's just a shame try a real croissant from a real bakery then look at the product that you sell you will have a nasty surprise.
The lady that was working was polite and friendly and she did say that for a coffee shop was good.

I was visiting NYC from Canada and had one of the best Starbucks experiences thanks to the whole team and especially incredible baristas—Chris and Chariece. From the moment I walked in, they were both so warm, kind, and genuinely attentive. They made sure my drink was just right and even checked in to see if everything was okay.

Chris had such an awesome energy—so upbeat and friendly—and Chariece was equally lovely, thoughtful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond by recommending a few places to visit in the city, which meant a lot since I was travelling from Canada.

Little moments like these make such a difference. Huge shoutout to Chris and Chariece for making me feel so cared for and making my NYC trip even more memorable. Starbucks is lucky to have them!

If I could give no stars I would. Might be the most impolite employees ever. Here 9:20 am 4/4 and saw them tell off several people, ignored the que and refused a woman coffee saying she had gotten wrong store, but were rude in the way they delivered it.

Il personale fa sempre la differenza, e una settimana che prendo lo stesso drink ,tramite l’app e non ho mai avuto problemi , oggi lo steso drink me lo hanno fatto pagare 3$ in più ordinato in negozio ,si è giustificata dicendo che era diverso …..non mi piace essere preso per il culo .
9$ per un macha latte piccolo anche no 👎
