Listen if you have not gotten the chance to visit Shingane please make it your business to go there. The treats were delicious. We loved watching them pour the batter in the fancy Statue of Liberty face grill to make the cheese goddess pastry bun. The shrimp dumplings and sauce was perfect in texture and taste. I am not a good food expert. I am a mom, I love to cook and eat. So hey if it's good the food I'll tell you and if it is great I'm definitely telling everyone around me....read full review
I’ve seen many 10 won coin cake when I was in Seoul, but never actually tried one. I was excited to try out this viral snack at Shingane.＊Cheese Goddess BunTheir Goddess Bun is a coin-shaped wheel cake with the Statue of Liberty on both sides. Korean street snacks at @shingane_nyc including filled “buns”, gimbap, and more. This time I only got their more popular goddess bun and went with the cheese flavor. Appreciated the doughy and hot bun but wish that there could be more filling! Quite pricey for a snack so not something I’d be getting often.
