Unless you order ahead, skip this location. They prioritize take out and leave in person waiting forever for basic things.

It’s busy. They need to figure out how the line goes. The chairs are outdated and worn out. The people are very friendly. The food is the same as everywhere.

This is a very nice location. Clean and nice and efficient staff. Code for gender neutral bathrooms for ppl who patronize the store so bathrooms are clean too. Seats are comfy and you have free WiFi and charging stations. Seating is nice too. They have a pickup area under name in alpha order so it’s organized. Ceilings are tall and it’s a beautiful atmosphere. The music is a bit loud for me as I’m trying to enjoy a book but I have noise cancellation AirPods so I’m good. Don’t drive here as there’s no free parking or rare in the residential streets w alternate street side parking. It’s best to take the subway and it’s on 40th street and 3rd avenue one store shy from the exact corner of these streets. Convenient. Plus they recycle.

I do not recommend this place, coffee was not made correctly and the vendor lied about the price as I took one small café latte that he charged at the price of medium.
Unprofessional service, they care only about money.

I do not recommend it. There are plante other Starbucks near by with more honest personnel.

On this week's bitterly cold Tuesday (Feb 18th) I went into this Starbucks to buy traveler boxes of coffee for nearby picketers. When I entered the store there were no customers ahead of me. On employee stood at the forward end of the counter, stationed to prepare orders. An additional four employees were huddled, joking and laughing.

After waiting for someone to acknowledge me, one of the four went into the back and returned with a Sharpie pen, which she tossed to the worker at the front before turning to me and asking "how can I help you, sweetheart?" I am 60 years old, she looked to be in her early 20s. I found her greeting insulting, not to mention the absence of any apology for the delay while she was joking around with her friends.

I gave her my order, which she started entering into the cash register when the barista at the front of the counter loudly comment on the pen he had been tossed a minute earlier. At this point she turned away from me to banter with him. Finally fed up, I loudly stated 'none of you work!" as I stormed out empty-handed.

I worked counter service. I know it can be stressful. But to have five employees prioritize their interpersonal communications over helping the sole customer they have is unacceptable. I went into what I thought was a place of business, but soon understood it was just a clubhouse for incompetent children whom someone has chosen to pay for *not* working. Until the management of this store lets me know that their crew has been disciplined and trained or dismissed, I will give this place wide berth.

Honestly worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I get Starbucks every day and this location is now my closest but I rather walk a few blocks away if I know my order will be right. This is the only Starbucks that fills my drinks halfway and undercooks the wraps. There’s always clumps of matcha at the bottom of the drink and the beautiful lady in the headwrap always has a sarcastic attitude. She’s too pretty for the condescending tones of customers questioning anything about their order. They have the most employees I’ve seen in a store and still performs the worst. Takes over 20 minutes to get a drink and it’s still not right. Either too much milk, not enough milk, or just attitudes. My last time going to this location and figured I’d offer a bit of my opinion before I go to another location.

A sort of American style coffee bar. There are scattered in different parts of the city and it is taken as a reference for purchasing glasses of coffee or lattes to take away

I can literally expect my drink to be incorrect when I order at this location. I wouldn’t normally write a review because honestly it’s to be expected at Starbucks. I asked for my drink to be made over and it was worst than the first drink. Hire people that care.

Haven’t been to Starbucks for a while but I’m glad I came today. The young lady Ellie was so helpful and friendly. I ordered a Brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. It was delicious and my new favorite drink. Service is fast as well and the team is great so I’ll def come back🔥🔥🔥

I often pop into this Starbucks location to pick up a bag of Pike Place Decaf and wanted to give a special shout out to Emmon, who was a pleasure to deal with. Super polite, efficient and friendly. Thank you!
