It’s not my first time, I pay almost 6$ for Americano and little cream and there is literally no coffee in it.. it tastes like no Americano.. the quality here is so bad every time I buy here, the coffee is always too light .. it’s like they never put fresh beans in their expresso machines. So bad!!

Horrible and dangerous experience today! First, When I had to pick up my coffee, this person (see picture) was very rude. I tried to explain about which coffee I ordered. She yelled at me: it is your coffee. And finally, she splitted out the coffee on me. Luckily, I could jump out to save my legs from being burned. No apology, nothing! I spoke to the Starbuck manager. Same reaction: he doesn’t care at all!
