Horrible and dangerous experience today! First, When I had to pick up my coffee, this person (see picture) was very rude. I tried to explain about which coffee I ordered. She yelled at me: it is your coffee. And finally, she splitted out the coffee on me. Luckily, I could jump out to save my legs from being burned. No apology, nothing! I spoke to the Starbuck manager. Same reaction: he doesn’t care at all!

I came to this store and was greeted enthusiastically by Nakita, Shaniya, and Cupid. It's not often you see passionate, dedicated, and committed people, but these three ladies represent excellent customer service. Came here during a rough time in my life and Nakita, Shaniya, and Cupid made me look forward to coming to the store, just to brighten up my day.
After a good meal , it 's always a taste pleasure to be able to end a meal with a Starbucks order .

...not the attention I've always received at starbucks. They should evaluate the behavior of their employees when addressing customers. They close the bathroom regardless of what you are consuming and whether you have children... a very rude attitude

Wish my experience was more pleasant with one of the staff members there. Unfortunately very rude customer service. She was very frustrated as I couldn’t hear her with the loud music and got my order with no name. Waiting for long minutes, she finally asked what I had ordered and told there was no more item. Unbelievable.

It is a pretty small starbucks but very convenient for those who work in the building. Honestly I am not sure why you would even come here if you didn't work in the building/nearby and live nearby. It is in the lower level of 1 New York Plaza building. The lines in the morning are horrible. Order Online!!! I actually think your order comes out faster than if you were in the line. Do not wait in that line. It is so crowded since the space is small.
