I came to this store and was greeted enthusiastically by Nakita, Shaniya, and Cupid. It's not often you see passionate, dedicated, and committed people, but these three ladies represent excellent customer service. Came here during a rough time in my life and Nakita, Shaniya, and Cupid made me look forward to coming to the store, just to brighten up my day.
They provide quick service but all the prices have increased which makes it not worth it anymore. They were already expensive before but the new price increases doesn't make sense anymore.
I give the Starbucks located at 1 New York Plaza, New York, NY 10004 FIVE stars. The staff was real nice and they sure have you feeling welcomed as you are visiting. They sure make a great cup of coffee and I say that because Not all Starbucks make a great coffee. 5️⃣ ⭐ ?
