Very bad experience, I come here every day near work, the staff was very bad today，3cups in total, it was raining outside, I asked a girl if she could give me a bag, she gave me the bag, when I put the drink in I felt that there must be a cup holder, when I asked another staff, he said with a very helpless expression that he didn't know, I asked the girl again, so the man gave me a four cup holder, and my bag could only hold two, he took another four cup holder. Do the staff think it is easy to hold 3 drinks and hold an umbrella in the rain? Very poor service and staff training.

My favorite location so far, the staff are amazing !! Bern, Jace, Emilia, Mike, Nia and Wakeem are spectacular!! Customer Service top tier !! Drinks are always delicious and yes I have a Complicated order lol . Thank you to the amazing crew who is always positive!!
