Very bad experience, I come here every day near work, the staff was very bad today，3cups in total, it was raining outside, I asked a girl if she could give me a bag, she gave me the bag, when I put the drink in I felt that there must be a cup holder, when I asked another staff, he said with a very helpless expression that he didn't know, I asked the girl again, so the man gave me a four cup holder, and my bag could only hold two, he took another four cup holder. Do the staff think it is easy to hold 3 drinks and hold an umbrella in the rain? Very poor service and staff training.

I don't know when it became super chic to start hating Starbucks. Their mobile order system is so efficient... Well, come to think of it, this location doesn't have any seating which is frustrating. I used to love working from Starbucks in college.... and when I really sit and simmer on it, $5.93 for a Venti Cold Brew with light ice is a bit ridiculous...
Ancillary note here, but I get light ice because they really be tryna skimp you on the cold brew by just loading up that thing with ice. I mean It's already cold... Little did they know my nickname in highschool was "Finesse Middleton..." I really should just start buying cold brew in bulk and keeping it in my fridge lol.
Yeah my b, I see what y'all are saying. But, I do gotta shout out my guys Marcus and Darius in here. They are always smiling and grinding while pumping out the mobile orders. Seeing them start the morning with generally good energy makes me a better me, so thanks y'all. Let's keep workin.
