Really good coffee and salmon on rye bread 👌
This review is for sitting at the bar in the mornings and trying various coffee pourovers with the super-smart and passionate crew, and other assorted nerds who were also sitting there. Some of the best cups I've ever had in NYC, and I've spent most of my adult life here. Definitely more like I'd expect in a Nordic country than the US. Looking forward to the next weekday morning session.
The coffee program is executed at such a high level that it rivals the titans of speciality coffee in NYC.
