Easily worst Starbucks in NYC and I’ve been to so many in diff neighborhoods since I’m a photographer and travel all over - this one is close to where I work and people are rude, more than half the staff is in there doing NOTHING - I don’t get why there’s 5-6 ppl there and only 2 working 😂 the orders will be wrong and wait Que isn’t so bad unless u look inside and notice only 2 ppl working out of 5-6 - ppl are rude at the window more than half the time place is a joke ill go out of my way now a few blocks to avoid this one yesterday was the last straw - system was down Que was wrong and ppl were waiting for mobile orders they didn’t receive until you walked to the window nobody went outside to tell ppl standing around - then on top of that rude about it and got my order wrong after reading it off my phone smh - honestly they lost biz bc I see now I should be going to other better coffee places in the area anyway

I don’t know why this place doesn’t have 4+ stars, it definitely should! I recently started working near Bryant Park and have been ordering from this Starbucks regularly. They’ve never failed me! My orders are always ready quickly , done consistently the same and the staff is friendly and kind.
Even when it’s super busy, they handle everything efficiently.

Rude black girl!!! She didnt have a change for $50. I told her I will give $5.40 instead of $5.72 as they dont have change and I dont have a bank card. She rudely refused. It was on September 4 at 5:20 PM.

I’d love to know the name of the barista who was working 1/19 and 1/20 around 9:30am because she was the absolute nicest Starbucks worker I’ve ever encountered (and I have been going to Starbucks daily for the last 5+ years). She was quick, friendly, and both drinks were made perfectly on both days. Getting this kind of service anywhere is unheard of anymore, especially in New York. I hope she sees this! And I hope the company pays her well.
