My first time drinking a coffee in New York.It gave me a bad Impression of the daily breakfast in the United States especially considering that it was not my first time at a Starbucks. The Starbucks that I have tried so far in the United States have grave problems. Starting from the poor service provided by employees. Although I could forgive this if they could at least make coffee without burning it. Worst coffee i drank in my life.

I agree with other reviewers that this place takes way too much time for being an “order in advance and pick up” place. Takes longer than regular Starbucks. There’s only 1 Barista making all these orders in the weekend which doesn’t make sense at all when it’s located at one of the busiest area in the USA.

This is a pick up/order booth only!! There is an insanely long wait time. Over 15min. There are people that work nearby that place mobile order pickups. They only have two people inside rush hour on a weekday. I recommend any other one or two order at least 20 min ahead.

I placed an online order in the morning before the rush. when I got there my name said on the board that my order was done and receive the email saying it was complete to pick it up. I said my name at the window and my order was not done. She gave me an attitude, closed the window and walked away on me while I was standing there. Trying to tell them my order. Extremely unprofessional.
