Actually, my mind is blown. I wasn’t even going to leave a review because I wasn’t 100% sure my order was tampered with… but after reading the other reviews, I KNOW for a fact it was.
I ordered a decaf caramel iced latte with cold foam. When I got it, there was no cold foam, so I spoke up. The guy literally smirked, walked over to his coworker, and told her to redo it. I didn’t watch her make it, but when I got home and dumped the drink (because it tasted disgusting), I found a wad of hair and dirt sitting at the bottom of the cup.
That nasty behavior was clearly because I asked for the order I PAID for.
DON’T EVER come to this Starbucks. They’re lazy, unprofessional, ignorant, childish and can’t even follow a simple label to do your orders & when you call it out they'll get mad at YOU. STAY FAR AWAY.

Ok so I walked into this store today around 3:50 p.m and went to purchase 2 one hundred dollars(💵 )gift cards one for my mother and the other one for my grandmother .. I’m a VIP Starbucks client and it’s very disappointing to see how you lose a costumer over stating the store doesn’t accept cash. After the cashier told me this I was surprised I said ok I will use my phone application which I have money in it ..Now she tells me I can’t use that either ! I said what do you mean ?? What about if I want to put money in my application? she said you cant do it with cash you have to do it with a card also .. so either way I ended up saying I wasn’t buying it and I didn’t want it anymore .. I had cash ,wasn’t able to use it and I had my Starbucks card and I was told I couldn’t t use it to purchase a gift card ?? !!! It is very disappointing to see they force you to use a card when I have even my own Starbucks application with plenty money in it because I charge my card with plenty money every month ! And as Starbucks client for so many years it is not the way business should be ran .. now you lose a 200 dollars purchase for running your business this way . And might lose a long time costumer for not tanking the time to appreciate years of loyalty .. What a disgrace to have the Starbucks company’s name at this location. The staff is poorly trained, they treat the customers like they are not paying for the products. Go in the summer and there is rarely ice to make a cold drink nor AC working.! The poorly trained “baristas” have an attitude and if your drink is made wrong and you ask for the correct one, they roll their eyes at you after ignoring you. This is aplace to avoid. The community misses the nice location that got closed up in order to open up this disgraceful one at target.

Terrible!! They never have cold brew, are super slow, and they rarely have other items that are on a normal Starbucks menu. I’m not sure why this branch exists. They should just open a real one in the area and have this closed if the workers aren’t taking this store seriously. Simone needs to do something.
You are lucky if you can even get a cup of water, this place is never stocked up. Find another Starbucks.
Never have I ever experienced a “bad Starbucks” ! First day no ice , second day I have no idea what I was drinking . Two sips and I trashed it . They got to go back to the basics and get cooperate involved to help this location. ⭐️ 0 Stars

re ordered two caramel frappe and both times the drink taste like water and caramel no coffee was added to it. employees are all playing around and dont acknowledge costumers. it’s ridiculous !!

The dude just sort of stares at me blankly, zero greeting, and proceeds to ship a grande tea with 1 teabag (should have 2) for $4.50. Eh, sometimes I wonder why I don't just go to a deli.
This Starbucks sucks. Don’t mess up my coffee if you are gonna charge $9 for it. There is 0 sense of urgency at this location and the kids who work here are more interested in socializing with each other than doing their job. How are you gonna have 5 people waiting for Mobil orders with 0 sense of urgency, playing around instead of making coffees. Do better. Or work at McDonald’s kids.

Stood on line for 15 minutes just to be told that there’s no ice. it’s always the same thing at this location they never have anything. I miss the old Starbucks on 225th.

Honestly they always saying they never have anything in stock no chocolate drizzle, no whip cream, no coffee cakes no croissants I just don’t get it they wanna close earlier than there normal time besides that they make your drink & don’t even call out your name & just leave it sitting there very bad customer service always talking to each other don’t pay attention to your order… ( TERRIBLE ) VERY LAZY WORKERS THEY JUST DONT CARE
