This has to be probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too . I’ve tried to order a drink many times with cold foam and her response was always “we don’t have it “ . Now here’s the thing I’ve worked at Starbucks before and all you need is three ingredients . It’s frustration because I know half of the time is lies OR they just don’t feel like making it ! It literally takes 1 minute to make cold foam . Also the service …. I won’t even get into details but what I can say it is before they renovated that place the staff and service was awesome !

Starbucks coffee employees at this location are very irresponsible. The did not open on time. And the the are just playing around and taking their time to start working. At the time I was there 9/18 there were 2 of them. The boy tray to help customers offering what the machines were ready to get while the girl just disappeared. The excuse was that they were re stocking ?? get on time to work.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, it’s the hottest day of the year & all they have is hot coffee. Really? Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with them not having important coffee items. I’ve come to not expect much from this location. 1 time they had no espresso drinks another time they had no syrup. I don’t know how this place stays open. If i can give it 0 stars i would.

This has been the worst location of Starbucks that I have ever visit in my entire existence. They usually run out of ice (even on the winter time), run out of syrup, or the simplest material to make the store function properly. The staff is rude. They never have frappe, iced drinks, or flavors for the drinks. It always happen. I wish management could take over this location and fix their inventory and staff so people can be provided with the services the advertise. This is so bad for the company and the people!!!! I would never return here but I wish it would get fixed as a costumer.

This Starbucks SUCKS big time!!! The majority of the time that I have visited this establishment, there’s always an issue with not having any cold drinks due to not having ice!!! Why??? What is Target or Corporate doing to correct this situation. What really grinds my gears is that the staff seem to not care of losing customers due to this small issue. Something needs to be done about that. Either close it or provide better customer service!!!
