It was very bad staff there I was ordering just now vanilla ice latte and I told her no too much ice and she’s spoken to me with rude way and told me isn’t yours when her coworker told her No isn’t , it’s her order she’s giving me the cup on the shelf with very rude way it’s yours then I told her I need less ice she said trust me that’s less ice and it was written down on the cup all the instructions and everythingThen before I go out I put it on the garbage ?️ because I can’t drink with all this ice

The nicest servers in the world , thank you Chelsea ! I am having the toughest of days and just wanted something cold and yummy to drink . I ordered the iced matcha latte and forgot to say almond milk instead of regular. Being lactose intolerant that is a big deal. Lol! She totally hooked me up with no eye roll, sarcasm or any negative vibes. I really appreciate it. Can't speak for the bathroom but common sense dictates this is really not the neighborhood to expect one that's super clean.

I was here earlier, I waited politely in the line. When the barista took my order I believe his name was something with a J towards the end of our conversation he asked me my name. When I spelled out my name for him he asked me if it would ok if he just put the first initial because I still had my AirPods in. I was confused because I had nothing playing in the headphones and was completely attentive during our interaction, he went on to condescendingly explain that he wanted to keep it professional but could never know if I had something playing and overall it seemed like he was done with our interaction so just wanted to put my first initial. I was taken aback. I may have been speaking lowly and asked him to repeat himself once, but I am hard of hearing in my left ear.I’ve worked in customer service for 10 years, and would never shame or lecture a customer like that especially one that was polite. The other two employees seemed nice. The espresso tasted burnt. This is the first review I’ve ever left because he completely ruined my morning.

I live 2 blocks away and I come here at least twice a week. I don't know how to explain it but it seems the staff here is VERY much in their own world and seems to forget they are at work. Like its their social club that happens to be at work. Every time I walk in I have to wait until they stop having their conversations among themselves for them to acknowledge me or any other customer before me. It's obvious there are customers standing in line and it seems their conversations about their weekends or joke they are laughing about come first. I get it, they are young, and it's great that they are having fun at work. But even after they take your order they just don't seem like they are even aware that they are serving the public or are working for a corporate business. It's like , "let me give you your drink so I can turn my back to you and get back to my conversation" vibe. I think I'm gonna start trying to avoid this place more now. I gave it a year and the service is below average has only gotten worse.
