My go-to starbucks near Central Park! •Located conveniently near my hotel. Great stop for hot coffee during a chilly snowstorm weather. •Braved the cold and snow mountains going to the park and this was my comfort stop. So glad to be there with no crowds early in the morning. •Delicious pastries. They were warmed up nicely too. My favorite is the blueberry muffin. •Staff are quick to serve orders. •Several seats inside although it gets really busy on a regular day. •Nice view of the park!

Horrible experience. 20 minutes of waiting time just to order a drink, another 15 minutes to get a table as people are simply sleeping or occupying a sit for no reason. On top of that 10 minutes waiting time in the queue for the toilet. I thought I will pee myself.

My visit to Starbucks was outstanding from start to finish. The service was fast, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The baristas knew exactly what they were doing—professional, attentive, and always with a great attitude.
The drinks were prepared perfectly, with rich flavor and consistent quality. The store was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, making it an ideal spot to relax, work, or just enjoy a great coffee.

This place is a disaster. Slow service, mobile orders never ready, and the staff act like handing over a coffee sleeve is going to put them out of business. The store consistently smells bad and the seating area is basically used as a hangout for people who clearly aren’t here for coffee.
Slowest starbucks ever. I have visited too many starbucks all over the world. This is the slowest one with no doubt at all! On top of that, too many getting in for free toilets. So as a customer I have to wait 20 minutes for it.
