The 3 times I have been here lately there was no where for customers to sit because dozens of Uber Eats delivery men were sheltering in there. There was no attempt to clear space for customers to sit.

The staff at the Starbucks was friendly. They were able to complete the drinks that I order in a speedy manner. The drinks I ordered was caramel macchiato. My favorite drink from Starbucks is cookie crumble frap!

Worst coffee I've had in a Starbucks. The staff was very annoyed with the fact that they have to do quality work, I paid a lot of money for a good cup of coffee, what I got was a cold , watered down weak water, I don't even think it was coffee.

I counted 8 people working there this evening. I waited for ten minutes at the register and no one would take my order. They were yelling and touching each other inappropriately.
Such a big franchise yet can’t spare money to give out candy for trick or treaters. The coffee & cake pops are also overpriced.

I was standing at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to order. The lady was screaming, "Starbucks is made for you to use the app" while she ignored me as well as the crowded room. This isn't the first time this has happened at this Starbucks because they take so long they make me late for wherever I'm going. They are impolite and their hospitality sucks. Keep in mind a said "Excuse me" so many times loudly.

I love this location. It has been a staple in this neighborhood for a very long time. I work in this neighborhood and I frequent this Starbucks at least 4x a week. The service is fast and great. The staff is friendly and they actively listen. I highly recommend visiting this Starbucks.

In typical east village Starbucks fashion, they completely removed the seats and replaced everything with stools. This is clearly an anti-homeless tactic but it is also inaccessible and generally anti-customer. They want people to come in and spend $15 on a drink and a pastry and then make the seats so uncomfortable that they leave as soon as possible. The stools don't even match the height of the tables. This and stores with absolutely no seating are the new norm for east village Starbucks and it is so disappointing. Just say you hate your customers and be done. Will not be coming here.
