This is an ok location, but folks and large groups come in to just camp out and hog seating (no purchases) with people standing around waiting to sit. Currently a group pouring beer into plastic sbux cups up front to drink while hanging out and casually rolling joints at the table. No one seems to mind, notice, or care. Welcome to the village!

Britney is the worst person working there ever. Took 10min to take my three items order properly while speaking to other employees about her life. She is not a good worker. Had to repeat myself five times.

Truly disappointed with the service. After handing the cashier my personal cup and placing my order, my cup was put to the side and disregarded. I sat there for about 10-15 minutes and ignored. I know mobile orders have priority so that wasn't the problem, my problem was watching a whole bunch of other people come in (mostly Caucasian) come in after me, place an order and leave. NOT ONCE did someone ask "ma'am what order are you waiting for? Can we help you?" Or "do you need help?" When I did FINALLY get my order it wasn't in my cup. Which mind you wasn't an issue for me. I could have easily put it in my cup if only they had realized what cup I was speaking of. It was just put to the side and they're asking, "Oh is this cup yours?" I was totally fed up. It turns out the cashier didn't even know how to add personal cup to the orders then to top it off she acts as though I NEVER gave her the cup. Then has the audacity to ask me "oh that was your cup? Oh I didn't know that was yours." SO WHAT REASON DID YOU THINK I GAVE IT TO YOU? FOR FUN? I guess the manager was trying to make me feel better by refunding me the 0.10 for using my cup but all he did was make me feel like it was a brush off. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THAT ESTABLISHMENT.

Staff very unfriendly - seemed like customers were an annoyance for them. Sat here for 15 mins and I never saw a smile given to a single customer. I thought customer service in US was better than this?

Rude staff politely asked cashier at West 4th at approximately 9:30am to use the restroom, I just sent someone inside to purchase a Latte for me before getting back in my car to continue my commute and was rudely instructed to a door, the way the employee provided the information they intended to make a mockery of the request in front of the predominantly white occupied restaurant, Although the employee was not a white employee the effects remain the same.

Went to Starbucks here today and I was very disappointed when one of the staffs was unexpectedly rude to me. After I took my drink I was trying to get a stirrer/stopper for my hot drink and the person who's by the counter told me I shouldn't be going over people(him) like that.I didn't know that he was purposely standing infront of the condiments so customers wouldnt be able to get it themselves. I was just trying to be considerate knowing that they are busy so I'm trying to get my self the stirrer because it was just infront of me. I usually get my own straws, sugar and milk in the other locations. I've been coming here since I was In HS and this is the first time someone comes up to me and told me I shouldn't be getting my own straws/stirrer. My question is why is he trying to be stingy about their condiments in this location? And why would he be so rude to a customer about that?. BTW his name is Diego. I thought Starbucks was all about having the best customers service. But I was was wrong. This is the first time I have experience someone rude in any Starbucks. Usually, everyone is extra nice in other locations.

Large ample place. Ordered Nitro Cold Brew for pick up as always.Here is the nuisance: there is a policy that they should only fill the nitro drinks when you are physically there as the nitro foam decays at an exponential pace. But this policy seems to be NON-existent during morning hours here.So if you want intact foam from nitro, order there physically during morning hours.
