I walked in today and realized my order was made wrong so I asked if they could redo it. Everything was fine until a lady with I forgot what colored hair chipped in and gave me a whole attitude about not being able to fix my order. I thought before hiring there was suppose to be a customer attitude training, I guess she didn’t go.

I was in a hurry to use the restroom, so I went in, but they said there was no restroom. I was drinking cafe mocha and rolling my head. There was a nearby public restroom within 5 minutes, so I left… Because it was a rainy day, I went into a foot massage shop haha.

I was in Starbucks for the first and last time, and bought one sandwich without meat, it is very expensive. One small bun with cheese and eggs for 7 dollars. Now I will not buy anything in Starbucks. Dunkin donuts are the best.

They’re not open at the times they have listed , I walked here and it’s closed at 6:30, but they’re supposed to be open at 5:30, workers are In there scrambling - this happened another time and they were closed all together when they were supposed to be open but somehow my online order was accepted , I still haven’t received my money back. They’re fast but there seems to be an issue with getting open on time

You cannot use the bathroom even a customer. They put the big garbage bin in the bathroom and don’t allow customers to use, the stuffs treat customers very bad

My fav coffee shop becoming worse and worse prices though like Government ?Also is it fair not having restroom service in most of them.. you pay almost 10 $ for coffee and restrooms cannot be used..Restaurants and drinks specially with sits must have restrooms...Sorry but its very rude attitude to customer.At least write which ones are with or without services ?
