Ima regular who goes in there almost every time I go into work, i ordered my usual and they didn’t make it hot , I then asked the guy who usually makes my drink and he did no problem and then one of the female employees went and told on him and they stated if I wanted my milk steamed I would have to pay extra which I never do! They should have just steamed the milk without it being a problem ! Customers are supposed to be right , right? They just lost a customer!

When it comes to drinks this place is okay. But the staff are incompetent concerning proper customer service- attitude problems everywhere. Disgusting 🤮 never coming here again !!!! (Like we get it ur 40 years old stuck at Starbucks but don’t take it out on the ones who keep this place running)

Tejon, in order to leave a review on here to thank you for the absolutely wonderful service you gave me on one of the worst days I've been through, I have literally been searching on google maps for about an hour or a little over it. Just because the interactions and service you gave me on the 17th mattered so much to me, even if you didn't know it. I was having one of the most stressful days of my life since everything that could go wrong on what I wanted to be a fun one day trip did, and next to no faces there were really nice to me until you. I have no idea if you could even tell how much I was going through, but I honestly don't care if you didn't even know, because that would make the service you gave me even more worth the 1,000 out of ten rating I want to give you. You made this orange haired girl's day just a bit brighter by making the best caramel frappuccino, no whipped cream and loads of caramel, I have ever gotten in my well over probably 13 years of going to Starbucks locations around me when I could. And not only that, you were so warm and inviting with how you interacted with me, making me feel very welcomed in there when I was currently feeling like the entire state was trying to evict me. I can also confidently say that in all my years going to different ones, I don't think I've ever even encountered a barista I could compare to you because you were just so wonderful in a day that felt so horrible. But I know it wasn't just because my day felt so bad that your service was top notch, that's clearly just how you carry yourself all the time because any time I saw you interacting with anyone else it was the same thing; with the kindest smile that just makes you feel like you should be there. Not because you have to be, but because you'd want to be, and you'd also be wanted to be there too. You even manged to suggest the best freaking addition ever to it with that caramel crunch because I don't like whipped cream that ended up collecting at the bottom and it was just chefs kiss. I want anyone to know if they get a wonderful man named Tejon, you will probably get some of the best service possible, and I cannot praise or thank you highly enough Tejon. Thank you as well for letting me take a photo of you so I wouldn't forget you, because I didn't want to forget the first face that not only showed me real kindness, but some of the best kindness you can show anyone. I will never forget you and how you made me able to calm down for the time I was in there, when before I walked in there I was nothing but stress. You're the type of barista the world should have more of.

They do not have restrooms for customers. An employee suggested I use the public library around the corner. LOL, typical corporate leech. Depending on the government to facilitate your business. Willing to oversell a cup of coffee, but you’re unwilling to have a basic human accommodation in the middle of the city. Everything is a not a protest. Some things are just feeling welcomed.
