Every single person has attitude at this store, none is trained well , so many mistakes and more attitude than anywhere else in planet earth. Customer comes second or third. I love starbucks but this store is disaster . The only reason why i put 2 stars instead of 1 is because they give a good amount of cappucino for doppio machiatto espresso ???

Came here to grab an ice drink after a huge bagel from Tompkins. Drink was OK. Seating was a bit spotty here. Staff OK but service a little slow. Nothing out of the ordinary at this location.

Horrible experience! Waited 40 minutes for a drink that was ordered online. I asked 2 baristas for help and one of them said he would make my order but ended up waiting longer. When I asked where my order was he said it was lost and I should just get a refund. Waited for almost an hour for a refund. Very bad customer service, would not recommend. Spend your money somewhere else. Also it was very weird how nice they were to the white women who were waiting for the drinks as well, but they brushed me off until I was rudely told to ask for a refund.

Terrible experience ! For coffee latte, I ordered it on the app, required light ice, but the barista put half cup of ice, I asked for taking some ice out and she didn’t respond and ignored me! Maybe the reason is I’m Asian, because she answered other people!It’s not first time unfriendly experience , not only today, I’m sure I didn’t do any wrong things. I don’t like them and the store!!!

It's supposed to be the best/ largest coffee chain worldwide but go in and ask for a dark roast, sorry we're out of that... OK a blonde roast, sorry we only have pike place or a 10 dollar drink I guess they don't care about there roots to provide good coffee and a few options, maybe its just

Very rude staff, didn't let use the bathrooms 30 minutes before closing after i brought a drink. They made me feel like I was bothering them when I asked. Which as a former Starbucks employee they have to let you use them unless the bathrooms are out of service! Really shitty service.
