Ordered a shaken espresso and it was horrible. Rude customer service from manager on staff that night and have experienced multiple awkward interactions with that manager. I hope he doesn’t treat all POCs like he has to me in the past.

I usually never do this and I don’t go back to where I had a poor customer service, Starbucks in the 13th st and 1st avenue in Manhattan (downtown) had a very poor customer service by the barista, I ordered an apple crisp oat milk shaken expresso and he added way too much milk when I asked because the color seemed to be a latte he said that that was what I ordered, I never do this nor I will call to the store because it was going to answer the same guy who “helped me” I ended up throwing away the whole thing because as I told him it just by seeing it, wasn’t what I asked for.

I’m leaving review first time for a Starbucks location . These guys are super friendly and working happily. I wanted leave this and appreciate them friendly approach first min I entered the store. THey made my day ❤️❤️

Coffee was yummy, service when I was there was great (friendly, professional, accurate order processing - I can't do dairy and they offered a variety of non dairy milks). It is a small store, no bathroom, but they directed ppl to the nearest one and apologized for the inconvenience. I returned twice while I was in the area and would again.
