Went in because I needed a bathroom so I bought a 8 dollar latte before I was told there's no public restroom. I should have asked before buying the coffee but I try to be a patron before I asked for privileges. Since when does Starbucks not have a restroom?

UPDATE: Another fantastic experience at this location. It's my birthday and there was a mishap with my bday coupon. JOSE WAS FANTASTIC! Clone him, promote him, celebrate him. He truly knows the meaning of great customer service. Just a genuinely kind people person. Glad we met him today and grateful for his kindness.
2024: Best Starbucks we have visited in a long time. Josh was AWESOME on every level. Other locations should have him train their staff on the true meaning of customer service. THANK YOU, Josh!

Great Experience! Great service, the baristas were excellent and made my order within minutes. Starbucks (13 & 1st)
Ordered a shaken espresso and it was horrible. Rude customer service from manager on staff that night and have experienced multiple awkward interactions with that manager. I hope he doesn’t treat all POCs like he has to me in the past.
I usually never do this and I don’t go back to where I had a poor customer service, Starbucks in the 13th st and 1st avenue in Manhattan (downtown) had a very poor customer service by the barista, I ordered an apple crisp oat milk shaken expresso and he added way too much milk when I asked because the color seemed to be a latte he said that that was what I ordered, I never do this nor I will call to the store because it was going to answer the same guy who “helped me” I ended up throwing away the whole thing because as I told him it just by seeing it, wasn’t what I asked for.
