Service needs attention too. You have 3 employees, one in training, unable to speak up.
When busy now one else is helping to make the drinks only one person.
Customers who are not drinking coffee come in to get out of the cold but others have no sitting.

Every time i entered this Starbucks everyone is Polite and attentive. I love this location… I also believe I left a hat there I will be in the area on Monday to see if someone put it away… Have a great weekend!!

I've been to a few Starbucks round NYC and I have to say this one is hands down the best Starbucks in the city. I almost wanted to gate keep this Starbucks all to myself and not post this review but the employees at this location are just so GENUINELY NICE. That's not normal for NYC lol. They're almost TOO NICE. lol.

Especially shouting out the Starbucks worker that handled the cash register on 10/15/2024 around 8:30 AM (wearing a black sweater...
