This is my favorite Starbucks near me. They are so courteous and kind. My order is always right and super tasty. I am sure I got her name wrong but Karma went above and beyond. Her kindness was so genuine and I appreciate her very much.

I have been coming here for 10 years. Today I had the worst experience. My server, for whom I was waiting in line, (a little round with light brown hair in a bun) just walked off. I waited about 3 minutes and asked another girl to call the manager. She went to get him and said he was in a meeting and gave me his card. Gregory Holley. Then I started complaining vociferously and he appeared. He and other staff members said it was the end of her shift, as if that was a justification. I am not responsible for how changes in shift are made. But I do not expect to be just left standing, when all I want is a cup of coffee. Gregory did not even understand what had happened. He has no idea how to understand a complaint, treat it respectfully, and manage the service in his store. I have been going to Starbucks since it came to New York, what has happened to management. This was abysmal

Starbucks get worse and worse. They removed all the tables, prices are high, no service, No quality. Very disappointed. Would prefer other coffee shops

This Starbucks is in the old ATT building and is was one of the last ones to reopen after the pandemic. Great service, very nice staff.

Nestled conveniently near Central Park and the subway station, this Starbucks has won my heart. The staff's kindness and warmth make every visit a delight. Special shoutout to Barbee, the cashier extraordinaire, who always goes the extra mile to perfect my order. This Starbucks isn't just a coffee stop, it's a community where I'm valued and my cravings are satisfied. Grateful to have this gem near my place!
