The employees here are so rude and disrespectful

Starbucks has a new policy of refills of your beverage. They don’t follow it. I’ve been twice, two different issues. They have new staff who don’t know the companies procedures. Not coming back. Time is priceless. Starbucks’ coffees can be purchased every two blocks in NYC!! Train your staff!!

I can't say enough good things about the Starbucks on 95-96 Broadway, thanks to the amazing baristas who work there, especially Ebonie! No matter how far I am, this location will always hold a special place in my heart. Ebonie has a magical touch when it comes to crafting drinks that go beyond the ordinary. From the butterscotch topping to the brown sugar shaken espresso and the lavender cream frappe, she always knows how to surprise and delight me.

What truly stands out about Ebonie is her friendly and approachable demeanor, as well as her remarkable ability to remember her regular customers and their preferences. It's the personalized service that keeps me coming back, knowing that I'll be greeted with a smile and my favorite drink made just the way I like it. Ebonie, thank you for making each visit a special experience. You are the reason I choose this Starbucks location time and time again!

I come to this Starbucks location every morning, and it’s truly the best part of my daily routine. The staff here are consistently friendly, welcoming, and upbeat — they always greet me with a smile and even remember my order, which makes me feel like more than just a customer. It’s clear they care about creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door. The service is fast, the atmosphere is great, and the energy from the team is genuinely uplifting. This is my favorite Starbucks near me. They are so courteous and kind. My order is always right and super tasty. I am sure I got her name wrong but Karma went above and beyond. Her kindness was so genuine and I appreciate her very much.
