On Saturday 16, the girl behind the counter left my drink sitting while she went and held a long conversation with her co-worker.I went and addressed her about her behavior.While had forgotten to ask for almond. She the drink with Almond . She had no problem with that . After I had addressed her. She then started to be vindictive and charged me .80 cents for the change in my Oder . The Supervisor Jose came and said he was going to address her. However he walked away with while having his arm around her shoulder

Nice, quiet & spotless ! Just what I needed on a heckled day. Plus, I got to try a new flavored foamy oleato! Windows could be cleaner, but we've had lots of rains... so I get it.

My go to Starbucks when I’m in this area. I always do mobile order and pick it up after a few minutes. Quick and easy. Service is pretty good with friendly staffs. Plenty of seating throughout the day. Subway is only a two blocks away as well.

I paid $7.68 for a medium iced mocha today. Yup you read that right $7.68. They charged $1.00 for a few inches of oat milk. What's next charging ¢.75 for the cup? Starbucks is the worst in New York city. They refuse to let customers use the bathrooms and they are removing all the seats making their coffee shops take out only. They are grossly overcharging and they have lost my business for good.

I love this Starbucks I come here a lot they never get my order wrong. The only thing I don’t like it when I ask for light ice and they give me a normal amount of ice. The workers are very nice a polite. So overall this was a great Starbucks ?

This has been my usual spot for the past 6 months ... the interaction I had this morning with 2 of thr staff was horrible ... I felt attacked . Placing and paying for the order I noticed it was 80cent more than usual for my two items . I ask very nicely if the price has went up .. she replay no and said she rang up the wrong price .. then adjusted it to 20cents less than my normal price lol .. ( usually we pay 10.25$ ) .. then after watching the staff have a full conversation with out making my order . I look at the ice coffee being made and the lady was letting it completely over filling like she was high on drugs and didn't even realize what was going on .. must of been two extra coffees she let ran down the drain ... I didn't think this was my drink because I ordered a large not a small .. so my sandwich was first given and the lady who seemed to be on drugs try's handing me the small drink.. I said I ordered a large . She then went on a rant about how the sticker said I payed for a small (money is not a issue for me,I have plenty) .. it felt like I was on a prank hidden camera show .. the lady then offers me my drink for free saying because I'm having a bad day it's on the house (passive aggressively and rude). I refused the refund and said I just want my fricken right drink ... Also they refused to give me a recipe so I took a picture of the store front to report this location to corporate.. then I was verbally attacked out front for taking a picture of the store front from the lady who rang up the order . Litlery cane out side yelling and screaming .... So here's the list of issues with this location so the health department and corporate should take notice 1. The reusable cups at the counter for sale are filthy, layers of dirt and small crumbs 2, rude staff 3 . The 4 homeless people inside with open sores sitting on their chairs with out orders 3 , the window are dirty and same with the table.4, staff not knowing how to place the right order price and then adjusting it (I felt this lady was stealing some how just sketchy... 5. Customer support or training needs a over view 6. Workers shouldnt be high in the job ... I'm all good with legal weed but not at work . I expect some type of professionalism 7. The floors are filthy .Harlem is my home now and I understand it's getting gentrified this isn't my fault . I could feel the hate inside this location because of my race .. agh now I have to find a new location each!!! ... Mind for the past six months I have had good experiences here . The usual girls knows my name and great me each day . I like her and that staff .. today I didn't recognize any one .... I can not support this location ever again !!!!

Good service. Employees apron was very dirty. Girl making the drinks was fast and coronated. Music was loud and washroom closed. Floor and tables needs a cleaning

Very disappointed! Usually I order in the app two times per week cause is the nearest Starbucks on me. All the time my orders are wrong, sometimes the size, the flavor or with ANOTHER NAME! Yesterday and today they forgotten 1 of my 6 drinks. I know probably they are busy but before to packed the orders they must to check. I don’t understand why they give it to me the wrong order ALL THE TIME.
