I had tried a breakfast burrito and it was 5 stars! Service is 4 stars. One guy was working all the drinks and the two girls were just standing around talking to each-other. There was a whole line of people waiting. I had to wait 15 minutes for my drink and I think that is ridiculous. There are hundreds of other Starbucks locations that will not have this long of a wait time and still taste as good. Besides the trash outside the place with no container, the place inside is clean....
This location of Starbucks, which can be found off of Columbus Avenue on the Upper West Side, is pretty good!! My coffee is always made correctly and the space is always clean + well - kept. My only complaint is that sometimes there is a bit of a wait and the way the store is designed, it can get kind of packed. The people who are waiting for their orders to be ready can easily be entangled with the people who are waiting in line to order (when it's busy). Otherwise, I have...
1 of my favorite locations by far, night crew I will say offers a friendlier and more patient experience. If KERA (my favorite barista) is there request her to make your drink I love her she never misses a beat from her craft to her awesome customer service .Tried the iced pumpkin spice chai today, DELICIOUS!
