If you go around Noon. Don't expect your drink soon. A tall, slim barista with an attitude could care less about you. I always have a problem when he doing the drinks.

They locked the doors 15 minutes before closing and wouldn't let us in... guess their hours are flexible

So I placed an order online for a venti matcha latte with 6 scoops of matcha and walked over to the Starbucks location, I saw Lou making my drink and I don't know if he was having a bad day or whatever happened but when he saw the sticker on my cup he sucked his teeth and nodded in disapproval, he then proceeded to just poured a very little amount of matcha in my cup, mixed it and just handed it to me, the drink tasted just like soy milk, I just don't understand the nasty attitude he gave me. This is why I stopped being a regular because this is not the first time this happens, I thought the whole idea of customizing your order was to actually get whatever you wanted the way you wanted, because otherwise what's the damn point? This is why I'm becoming a regular at Gregorys Coffee.

Here, if you don't tip, you can wait forever for your order! They keep a keen eye on whether you left a tip or not. If not, then they pretend that your order doesn’t exist at all! I waited 10 minutes for my latte! Despite the fact that there was only one person in front of me and no one behind me.

Seemed like place was closing down hours before the sign showed closed. Chairs flipped on top of tables. Very friendly staff.

This place sux!!! Close it down!!! Place closes at 8. There at 324, and they are acting like they gonna close at 330. They had chairs up on the table, and block the recycle garbage with napkin holders. They say they don't have stuff, so they don't have to do anything. They block the bathrooms with Huge garbage cans, hello it a coffee place!! How I gonna drink coffee and not have a bathroom. Just mean!!! Guy came in to go to the bathroom and couldn't, so he started taking stuff in retaliation. And they act like they don't see anything. So, if you are in the area. You are here with your kids, just avoid this place. AND Coporate HOW could YOU allow this? I'd love to see undercover boss here, lol. Skip this one. You've been warned!!!! ?

While I understand staff may be busy, it's essential not to let fatigue affect customer interactions. Not only did they misspell my name, but their overall demeanor suggested they weren't really listening to me. I ordered a tall but received a grande. This level of carelessness and apparent disinterest made it the most disappointing Starbucks visit I've had.

I actually can’t believe the workers at this location. This has been my worst Starbucks experience. Right away the location was extremely chaotic and loud filled with middle schoolers (not the fault of the Starbucks at all) so I felt bad for the workers but I didn’t anymore when I ordered. The worker taking the order was extremely monotone and looked fed up- okay I understand it’s stressful no problem I brushed it off, but then when my drink came out lighter than I wanted I asked the barista very apologetically and politely to add to it and they replied with the nastiest attitude of sarcasm. If you hate your job so much that you have to talk back to a customer asking you something politely then you should change jobs. Only good thing about the location is that they have wifi, a bathroom and some wall plugs.

I’m begging the store manager here to step up the game. HIRE COMPETENT PEOPLE. I was here on New Years Day and this guy who’s clearly a newbie made both my orders wrong, the vanilla cold foam came out liquid TWICE, the second time he just shook his head, laughed and gave me my coffee. I was in a huge rush so I just left. Wasted $15 that morning. There’s another skinny guy who’s constantly getting orders wrong and being sassy with customers. The women there are carrying the team honestly.Please for the love of God, hire people that can make the drink and treat them well. Your workers are tired and miserable and the customers aren’t happy.
