I’m pretty fed up with this location and the miserable staff here. I ordered egg bites this morning and they didn’t give me utensils. I politely asked for a fork and they sent me to the cash register and the lady working the cash register was extremely rude. You shouldn’t have to wait in line again for utensils! She acted like I was a bother to her day and I’m fed up with employees acting like this. The utensils should just be provided or something I can ask the staff handing out the food. Make a better process for this!

I stopped in around 8am as a pregnant woman to use the restroom and Jose the barista was very rude and condescending. I understand the purchase rule but certainly courtesy and discretion can be utilized during emergencies. I’m pregnant and went for a stroll without my wallet so I couldn’t make a purchase which I explained.. both Jose and another female barista were extremely rude. I’ll never visit this location again

Worse service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks, this morning around 11am the barista was on his phone for about five minutes before making my drink and then made me a grande after I ordered a venti and was extremely rude and wouldn’t remake my drink since they took my order incorrectly and charged me for a grande

“Weak Coffee, Strong Rules”
Stopped in because I needed to use the restroom, but was told I had to buy something first. Fair enough—I get that policy. Ended up buying a black coffee just to gain access.
Unfortunately, the coffee was incredibly weak. I’ve had stronger gas station brews. For a place that prides itself on coffee, I expected better. It had little to no body or flavor, just hot brown water. Not worth the $3+ I spent, especially when I’ve got far better beans (shoutout to Bustelo) at home.
Friendly enough staff, but the overall experience felt like paying a cover charge for a disappointing drink. Not sure I’d come back unless I’m desperate.

I placed a mobile order for just one drink, and it took over 20 minutes to be ready. The app clearly said my drink should’ve been made 10+ minutes ago, and when I asked the staff about it, they brushed it off and said they “don’t touch the app”—that it’s not under their control. That response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Multiple customers were expressing the same concern, and yet the employees seemed to be taking their sweet time with no urgency or consideration. No apologies, no accountability—just a poor attitude. I’m completely upset with this experience and will not be returning.

Just wow. From the cashier to the barista. The rudness and lack of patience with the customers. I was shocked at the response after a customer was asking for her order. No eye contact, no happy smile, just miserable faces behind the counter like they hated their jobs. So sad. Granted, the folks in this area seem out of touch with reality, a bit entitled, it's all nannies and rich kids. The staff is probably fed up with them, and it shows.

If you go around Noon. Don't expect your drink soon. A tall, slim barista with an attitude could care less about you. I always have a problem when he doing the drinks.
