I decided to go to Starbucks around 7:00 AM. After receiving my order, I went to use the restroom and was shocked by the conditions. The restroom was absolutely disgusting—there was feces on the toilet, which is a serious health hazard. You don’t know if that could be something like C. diff or another illness. On top of that, there was dust everywhere and toilet paper all over the floor. It was a complete mess.

I informed the staff, and I was told that the restroom gets cleaned at night and that they couldn’t do anything about it. Shortly after, another customer went into the restroom, immediately walked out, and told me she felt it was a health risk and that someone could get sick. She also notified the staff.

Instead of cleaning the restroom, the staff chose to close it down. This is unacceptable, especially when customers are actively drinking caffeine, which can cause urgency to use the restroom. Paying customers should not be forced to hold their bladder due to unsanitary conditions and lack of response.

This experience was extremely disappointing and concerning from a health and customer service standpoint.

Completely unprofessional & rude. Lady was so nasty I came here January 8th @ 8:15 PM told me she couldn’t make my drink. Drink had way to much milk in it didn’t taste no coffee. Would never expect to be treated like this as a customer

It’s very clear that this small store cannot handle the demands of both in-person and mobile orders, especially when the orders are ubereats or Postmates. I’ve ordered in-person TWICE this week and they gave me wrong food items/had missing items. Yesterday they gave me a croissant when I asked for a bagel. Today, my bagel was iced cold and didn’t have butter. When I mobile ordered a week ago, they forgot the brown sugar for my oatmeal. It’s usually because staff is overwhelmed by the amount of mobile orders or mobile orders by ubereats. Corporate should consider changing this location into an in-person only store.

It took 12 minutes to get my order. No one was friendly, tables were dirty. They didn’t even announce names when they finally made the drink, we all just kept checking what they put in the takeout area until it came up.

Today, I ordered the same drink I always get through the mobile app. The first version had no flavor, so I asked for it to be remade. The second one was so sweet it was undrinkable. By the third attempt, it finally tasted the way it should have the first time.

To their credit, the staff remade the drinks. However, instead of simply doing so, they repeatedly told me I had added “too many things” to my order, which makes no sense, since I always order it the same way and more often than not it comes out perfectly fine. What made the situation worse was the staff’s behavior. Rather than handling it with professionalism, they made their opinions about me and my order obvious to each other. Watching employees gossip and roll their eyes about a customer in plain view is not only childish, it’s unprofessional.

I don’t plan to return to this location. If the staff are more focused on making jokes than making drinks, it shows what needs improvement. Respecting customers and maintaining professionalism shouldn’t be too much to expect.

I’m pretty fed up with this location and the miserable staff here. I ordered egg bites this morning and they didn’t give me utensils. I politely asked for a fork and they sent me to the cash register and the lady working the cash register was extremely rude. You shouldn’t have to wait in line again for utensils! She acted like I was a bother to her day and I’m fed up with employees acting like this. The utensils should just be provided or something I can ask the staff handing out the food. Make a better process for this!

I stopped in around 8am as a pregnant woman to use the restroom and Jose the barista was very rude and condescending. I understand the purchase rule but certainly courtesy and discretion can be utilized during emergencies. I’m pregnant and went for a stroll without my wallet so I couldn’t make a purchase which I explained.. both Jose and another female barista were extremely rude. I’ll never visit this location again
