I live in the Midwest, but visit NYC a couple times a year for work. I always stop in for a dynamite pastry or bagel. I even bring the bagels home, pre slice them and freeze them. They are delicious! Thank you for making such amazing food.
Today was my first time and I truly had one the most amazing/delicious bagel. Having a gluten allergy it’s sometimes tricky to find decent gluten free options. I asked did her a cookie for my train ride. I recommend 100% and I’ll be back and ordering on lines for shipping. Thank you, for this incredible restaurant. John

I've had celiac disease for 23 years. In all those years, I have tried all types of bagels available commercially and have to toast them to make them edible. Today, I found Modern Bagel on Columbus Ave in NYC. I brought two bagels home to try. Hands down, the best gluten free bagel I've ever had! A Gluten Free everything buttered bagel not toasted....amazing!
