Typical Starbucks but unusually is awash in light because of the corner location of the building and so many windows. Probably blinds the workers to makes them seem squinty-eyed.

I don’t know who was working management on 2/21 but if I could give this no stars then I would. While using the restroom maybe 5 minutes, I had a worker forcefully knock on the door asking “If I was okay” with quite a rude attitude who then proceeds to tell me “ girl you need to get out because there are customers waiting to use the bathroom”. As a new, soon to be mother with horrible nausea and bouts of getting sick, yes I was in there unexpectedly a bit longer than usual but unfortunately I have no control over that. Now feeling rushing to get out and feeling uncomfortable, this woman now BANGS on the door nastily telling me that if I don’t get out she is going to COME IN. Not only was this interaction completely and utterly disrespectful and unprofessional, but that is a clear violation of privacy. I wasn’t in there for 15, 20, 30 minutes not even CLOSE. I came out shortly after and said absolutely nothing. (Also struggled to get the door open because her key was already in the door). Had this woman opened the door on me, this establishment would have been sued and I would make it priority to have this worker fired. Never in my life have I been approached like that, and they sure as hell aren’t getting my business anymore. The behavior of this disgusting, poor mannered worker was absolutely appalling. If not for my current circumstance and decision to be the bigger person, she would have been wearing my matcha latte this afternoon and ripped a new one for her unprofessional demeanor. Starbucks, please teach your workers common courtesy as this interaction was a disgrace. Not to mention, there was no line of customers waiting for the restroom. Horrible experience.

The Service was great but the female manager snatched my drink out of my hand and said, "let me put on a sleeve for you". Even though i declined she still put it on which made me uncomfortable. I think I’ll start going to dunkin now.
