I was on the Westside all day and passed by this Starbucks on the corner of west 57th and 10th Ave.
Nice visibility on the corner.
Their main entrance is on 57th and a secondary door on 10th Ave.
Not much seating in this location. A few tables in the front and a few more in the back by the restroom.
Today I tried a Pecan Crunch Latte and it was really tasty. Not too sweet. Nice and hot.
Order taker was very nice and professional.

It’s pretty big, a bit cramped since it’s just long but there’s honestly enough seating, it’s not the busiest and it feels like the workers are new because they’re just organizing things while people are waiting at the counter. overall was a fine experience!
It’s alright. Needs more seating!

The manager JP and the team have great customer service. Staff will make sure a disabled customer gets a seat and table suitable, going above and beyond. The location is nice and it was clean based on the crowd. Service was 4 stars because of the long restroom line. During a heatwave, the air conditioning inside wasn’t working, and it was way hotter inside than outside. Employees were drenched in sweat but remained friendly, helpful, and positive, going above and beyond. They deserve better working conditions. Management should not be making them work in such extreme conditions.
