About Starbucks

The manager JP and the team have great customer service. Staff will make sure a disabled customer gets a seat and table suitable, going above and beyond. The location is nice and it was clean based on the crowd. Service was 4 stars because of the long restroom line. During a heatwave, the air conditioning inside wasn’t working, and it was way hotter inside than outside. Employees were drenched in sweat but remained friendly, helpful, and positive, going above and beyond. They deserve better working conditions. Management should not be making them work in such extreme conditions.
