Refreshing beverages...Caramel ribbon Frappuccino or one of the new or seasonal flavors along with a baked good...especially the warmed walnut banana bread...after a long day at work. Great atmosphere with interesting music being played in the background.Truly enjoy stopping in after work before heading home. Doesn't have a restroom. The service is great and quick.

I truly love this Starbucks. The team is so welcoming from the moment you walk in (even just to pick-up your mobile order) until you walk out. The warmth and friendliness has brought me back to this location for my pre-work breakfast and coffee every time now, compared to other locations near my work. Also, the wait time is great because they’re so on top of it. And they loudly call out your name when it’s ready so there isn’t any confusion. Thanks y’all!!

I had ordered my drink online and had no issues got right the first time. The pickup was fast and easy. I didn't have to wait for them to remake my drink. That to me was satisfied. I hope I get to try their food next.

Team can we very welcoming upon entering. However they can’t seem to make my drink right. I simply ask for no foam but always seem to get 1/4 cup of foam. Can you please train baristas to hold back the foam. Thank you ?In response: Yes the team barista offered to remake my drink but on multiple occasions my wait time is about 10 minutes and can not wait for my drink to be remade and not guaranteed that it will be made right after waiting from my experience. Please consider more training.

The manager, Jasmine is doing a fabulous job here. The employees are always so kind, happy, and helpful. Exactly what a customer wants to be greeted by when picking up their needed coffee. The music is always bopping, and yet is never overly loud. Facilities are always clean too. It’s one of the best run Starbucks in the city. So grateful it’s a staple of the East Harlem/UES border. Everyone working here needs a raise.

I had a frustrating experience at Starbucks with Eric. He prioritized chatting with coworkers over serving customers, making me wait longer than necessary for a simple lemonade. Disappointing service. I’ve come to think that ordering mobile here doesn’t work to save time they take forever to make a drink because all they do is talk.

This is probably the best Starbucks in terms of quality control that I've ever found anywhere in the world. And I drink a lot of Starbucks. They are so fast on mobile orders and so accurate on mobile orders. It's unbelievable the drinks are always perfect. The food comes up super fast. They should be awarded some kind of metal for top store, the manager should be commended and the staff working under that manager should be commended as well.
