Great place until I pad $6.80 for hot milk. I ask for a chai latte it was made cold at first. I kindly ask for a hot and he gave me hot milk. In other words he added hot milk to the previously made cold chai latte. Please do better.

Hi, I don’t go to Starbucks often but just wanted management to know I was impressed by this particular location. Staff seemed very efficient and went out of their way to make customers feel welcome and appreciated, even during the morning rush. Well done!
