I like their products but the last two times I was there I asked for a cold coffee with cream and they always gave it to me hot I asked for sugar they never added that's all from this specific store

The staff is really nice -- none of the other Dunkin staff ever asked me if I needed add-ons to my order but he did very nicely. When I received my order, it was the best turkey sausage sandwich I had, and it came with additional ketchup packs. Now I know where's the best Dunkin in the city.

This is your typical Dunkin'. The experience here is pretty average, but the staff are friendly and efficient enough. I visited quite often because I worked nearby, and found my visits to be relatively painless. There are a few times where the quality of the food products was not amazing, but I don't really expect much from Dunkin' anyway.
