These guys were fast! It was scorching hot outside and a long line of sweaty people were ordering. Staff moved through the orders at a breakneck pace until the line cleared out. Impressive.

I did a mobile order. Half my cup was filled up when I picked it up. It was busy but still I paid for a full cup
Never have I ever witnessed such a smooth morning service. The staff at this location are an amazing, positive, energetic team. They’ve got this down. They handed the 9-10am rush with such grace and kindness. It was quite the motivator as I worked through some morning emails in their shop. Thank you!

THIS LOCATION IS AN EXAMPLE OF THE LACK OF QUALITY THAT STARBUCKS HAS GROWN INTO. KID BEHIND THE COUNTER SHIRT NOT IRONED HAT NOT FITTED AND UN CLIPPED NO EMOTION LOOKING LIKE HE JUST WOKE UP. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Consistently late with my mobile orders, or not made at all. Today, ordered at 738am, walked in at 753 and order was not filled. Now going to be late. Won't be coming back here anymore for overpriced coffee

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. I ordered a latte that already seemed like it took forever to make. They gave my drink to another customer and when she came and brought it back to the counter he asked the customer did she had drunk out of it and because she said no he tried to hand it to me. I asked for it to be remade the two workers already seemed overwhelmed with one at the register and the other making drinks. The guy at the register did eventually catch up with the line and started helping with drinks. As he started remaking my drink the manager decided to come up front and tell him to go on his 10-minute break and walked away from finishing my drink. I had already been there for almost 15 minutes waiting for one latte. I asked the lady who came from the back for a refund and ask was she the manger she said yes and as I'm trying to talk to her about the situation she just blew me off and gave me a refund no apology or anything. She really wasn't even trying to hear anything I was saying. I'm not from this state and this put a damper on my vacation as it was already raining outside and I was just trying to get warm. The workers need more training and the manager needs to learn empathy.

Always purchase coffee at this location once am working in the area. Between my partner and I we spent $17 plus . I ask one of the workers to use the restroom and i was denied the bathroom use. To make things worst I was fully dressed in uniform working long hours in the area. I’m not sure if this is from management but I’m very disappointed in Starbucks.
