There toilet bowl was unable to handle the immense nature of my enormous deuce that I had laid so eloquently in there toilet water. Other than that everything was good. Good cup of coffee

Pretty decent, as far as Starbucks go. The only issue is the orders at this particular shop seem to take to longer to make than orders at any other Starbucks in the area (maybe, the city, but I haven't checked). All in all it's an a-okay place.

I have been a loyal customer of this Starbucks for five years, consistently enjoying the friendly atmosphere and excellent service from the team. However, my recent experiences with the store manager, Sean Wright, have been notably disappointing.

On a recent visit, I ordered a venti iced coffee and requested it to be served in a trenta cup—a simple request I have made many times before at this location and other Starbucks without issue. To my surprise, Sean rudely denied my request, stating, "We don’t do that here," in a dismissive manner. His attitude was not only unprofessional but also contradictory to the accommodating service I have consistently received at this store.

Additionally, Sean’s approach to serving customers seems overly restrictive. For instance, he refused to provide a venti cup of iced water, insisting on only giving a grande. This unnecessary rigidity undermines the customer-centric ethos Starbucks is known for.

Moreover, Sean’s management style appears to negatively impact his team. When he is present, the store atmosphere feels tense and uncomfortable. In stark contrast, the team is noticeably more relaxed and pleasant when he is not around, which speaks volumes about the work environment he fosters.

While the team at this Starbucks remains excellent, Sean Wright’s rude, arrogant, and dismissive behavior significantly detracts from the overall experience. I hope Starbucks addresses this issue to restore the welcoming environment that has made this store a favorite of mine for years.

I had been working at this location from July 2022 to Aug 2023. My first few months working there (before Shawn White came) made me love being a barista. Then the devil came and literally made it hell. At first dealing with Shawn was bearable until he got comfortable and started treating people however.

One day in July, a mentally unstable young lady came in to the store and started to cause commotion. This lead up to her throwing a bottle of juice at me causing me to defend myself. I DID NOT PUT HANDS ON HER but I did verbally defend myself. Shawn assured me that I was not in any trouble because he understood that the incident was unprovoked and she attacked me first. A few weeks later, Shawn and I had a minor disagreement then the next day he fired me for the incident that happened IN JULY that he claimed “I wouldn’t get in trouble for”.

Now that I am a customer that lives nearby, Shawn makes it his civil duty to make me feel uncomfortable every time I come into the store. I do not appreciate the unfair treatment I get from him as a customer. I just wanted it to be known that Shawn has personal issues he needs to resolve before trying to become a store manager at a company that is big on their customer experiences.

Your average starbucks. The service quality is inconsistent. Depends on who's working and how busy it is. Blonde roast is never available. Hot coffee is sometimes just lukewarm despite claims of being freshly brewed. No available bathrooms. States ataff only. But have seen friends of the staff asking for code to use it.
