Very unprofessional people at that place. Called to find out if they take Amazon products to be returned, since it is advertised as such, and they rudely hung up on me. Not good for customers and/or customer service.

Unbelievable I order an iced horchata shaken espresso and I get a hazelnut oat shkn espresso, not only that I’ve showed her my app and she charge me first, then she goes like oh I’m sorry I need to scam the app first!!!! The worst Starbucks I’ve been in my live no wonder why has 3 starts, the lady obviously wasn’t concentrating because she was talking with a client friend for more than 5 minutes while the line was growing behind me!

Staff were lovely and the seating area was kept clean and functional by the barriers.

Decent coffee too.

I stopped by intending to use the restroom, something I’ve done occasionally at this location — usually after ordering a drink. While I understand company policies may require a purchase to access facilities, the way I was spoken to felt unnecessarily dismissive and disrespectful.

I have been a regular customer and often choose Starbucks precisely because it feels like a welcoming space. Being refused access to a basic necessity like a restroom — especially with an attitude that lacked empathy — felt dehumanizing.

I also find it disheartening that some locations refuse to offer something as simple and essential as a cup of water. It may seem small, but in the moment, it can feel like a denial of basic dignity.

I hope Starbucks continues to consider not just policies, but how those policies are communicated and the broader message they send. Kindness and respect should never be conditional on a purchase.

The worst experience ever!!! I went there on 16th of April, while I was visiting New York. We got some overpriced coffee and entered the Lounge, where I scanned my Apple pay. After I got back to my country I found there were charges made from the store for 80,41$. I only looked at some cups and didn’t take any. After I tried getting some help, but there was absolutely no international support or support whatsoever. I still haven’t gotten the refund. I ended up spending even more money on calls trying to resolve this issue, but haven’t received any help. So to sum up ABSOLUTELY WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!

When I ordered an iced latte with non-fat milk, it was mostly water. This is the first time I've ever been served something so bad at Starbucks.

We were here on September 28th and 29th. This Starbucks was just a few meters from our hotel and opens at 5:30 in the morning. That was perfect for us because one morning - due to jet lag - we were able to drink our first coffee there shortly before 6 a.m. You can also sit in it very well. The seating area is protected by a kind of "credit card shop", so everything seemed very well maintained and no one was just lounging around there.
Coffee, prices and quality: Starbucks - standard, nothing special but always solid.

For someone who is out of town and needs a place to work remotely, this Starbucks is the place to go. In New York City, there are many homeless people and bums. I’ve gone to Starbucks in uptown, Long Island, and Brooklyn, and there is always someone coming in making a ruckus. With this Starbucks, if any of those people have debit or credit card, they cannot come in. I love it. For those who need to work or be at peace without being bothered, this is the place to be.

Great place in perfect Midtown location… you’re inside The NY Times building and directly across from Port Authority Building.
Everything is happening around you as your drinking your coffee.
Fantastic and friendly service…. Highly recommended

Best Starbucks I’ve been to! So quick and organized & smart technology in place to keep the seating area to customers only

Amazon Go is closed. It looks like they're taking it out.

I’m not averse to technology but this is the dumbest Starbucks concept in history. Everyone just walks around confused. Came in to meet with my husband I have to slide me CC to let me in.. even for no charge..What is the point? I get along with it. Then want to order. There is a counter « on the other side » thinking that I could order from there.Nop
I get that the employee’s busy but facing their back at me not even bothering to look back because of that confusing set up. Got told to order I have leave and go through the same process.
How about me just leaving.
I say this is just to have control over the toilets? Than just say so.

Oh man. If this is where our society is going, sad and kind of stupid. Need to scan a cc or Amazon app to go though the market to the lounge. Don’t like it. Won’t come back here.
