I love STK and I go here very often but I was so disappointed to go and the heat is not working properly. It is so uncomfortable and frustrating to try to eat drink and enjoy your self while you're shivering. I wish they would of gave a heads up that they were having heating problems when booking because it sucks being stuck there late night with no other dining options but can not eat and drink properly because you're so cold. We chose STK downtown for an early dinner because my son wanted steak. While the service was solid and the manager was accommodating when we asked to move tables due to a strong marijuana smell coming from the bar area, the overall experience fell short for the price. The potstickers were excellent, but the calamari was forgettable. My son's ribeye was cooked perfectly, however my filet mignon, ordered medium, came out undercooked and heavily peppered, making it difficult...

William is quite literally my FAVORITE server of all time (no offense to other servers). He made the entire experience so much fun and the food is top tier! Not sure if I want to come back for William or the food! 100% coming back though!
