made a reservation. read the cancelation policy. caught covid 5 days before the reservation. contacted several times through phone number and email to reschedule or recieve partial refund. no one answers the phone nor the emails. why even do online reservations if you can't accommodate them when they need to be modified. 500 is alot to lose out on. it's giving scam
