I was overcharged by the two employees working in the store today. They charged me for a higher price for 2 sandwiches and added a drink which I never ordered. After I paid with Apple Pay, I realized that I was overcharged. One of the guys instead of apologizing, didn’t even give me a full refund back and said that the prices in the store are higher compared to prices ordered on the subway website at their location listed for pickup. If they overcharged me by $6, I’m sure they did it to number of people that didn’t notice. Don’t go to this location!!

I had my subway account hacked which happens I guess, not subways fault. However, when calling this store to let them know not to fulfill the orders, the employee who answered admitted to being the one who hacked the account. We attempted to report the problem to the corporate office and received an email back allegedly from the CEO stating that their servers had not been compromised and nothing about the employee stealing accounts. I’m in Louisiana and have no way of reaching this store other than the phone number and couldn’t be less impressed with the corporate response. Beware this store and the chain as a whole.

I used to go there, last time I was there it was before Christmas ?, and while my sandwich was almost done ,the subway guy stepped out leaving my sandwich ? unprepared. The quality of sandwich was good but I don't think I'll experience ? again . Also it's expensive, I believe because of its location. Because I've been to other subway restaurants and they not expensive.

This subway is by far the best Subway I've been at. The staff is always so friendly, especially in the nighttime. The indian guy who works the night shift is always positive and super friendly. Staff always gives me the best suggestions and the food they make here is a notch above the rest. My go-to subway in New York! Staff make all the difference!

The service here is hit or miss. Today . The sandwich maker had an EarPod in listening to music and wasn't listening when I told him my toppings. I tried to tell him he got it wrong but he couldn't hear me over his music. Probably not coming back to this shop.

Another five-star Pit Stop at the Union Square Subway sandwich, with Robin. My other favorite sandwich chef, Kumar, have the day off, but these two hooked me up a ham and cheese sandwich just like I wanted it. Ham, provolone, mayo and mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, a bunch of olives and a couple jalapenos. ?ahhhh. And all that for less than $10, in the heart of New York City! Check out the pictures!This location is very clean and family friendly. There's always some good tasteful music playing in the background that helps create a very relaxed atmosphere. All of the subways just about run through Union Square the queue the n are the four or five and six and the L train comma and I'm sure there's a few more. The MTA bus stop is literally right in front of the store so this place is perfectly suited and situated for a quick in and out grab a healthy meal and stay here to eat or go or you need to go. There is parking at night and on the weekends on 14th Street but Monday through Friday in the daytime you're much better off taking the nearby mass transit. There is a wide door at the entrance but there's two steps into the main lobby of the store, so technically this is not wheelchair accessible. There are several vegetarian dishes available and a full range of beverages from soda to bottled water, teas, Etc. Can't think of any other useful information but I highly recommend anyone and everyone stop by here almost any afternoon and evening go get the same good service from the same friendly and talented sandwich chefs, serving the same good food in a great atmosphere.
