It's near tourist attraction so it's usually rush. They seems to have lot of staff but still there was waiting. We went around 2 PM, Staff was busy cleaning the equipment while customers are waiting in queue. One person kept in oven and left, had to wait 10 min for other person to pick it up.
Combo is usually around $11 in other subway but here they charged $16.
Refill of drinks are not available which is fine considering tourist place.
They have placed note that washroom is only for customers which is fine but they denied when a woman asked permission to use saying you are not customer. It's not good.
It's near to Liberty Statue so they have location benefits.

Surprisingly great experience at this Subway! The place was super clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. You can tell they care about customer service. The new renovation looks amazing — bright, modern, and fresh. One of the nicest Subway locations I’ve been to!

The workers would like to rush you when you order and will give attitudes towards customers if they were to take a while to think on what to order. They would give you low amount of protein and hand fulls of vegetables. I ordered Black Forest ham and they gave me like 7 thin slices. When asked if that’s all the amount of protein I would get for $13-14 foot long flatbread, his answer was this is all the black forest ham you will get.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this location. Not unless they stop being selfish and grimy about the amount of protein portions to vegetables and change their attitudes to the customers.
The restaurant felt modern.
