The store itself is fine enough, the staff is the real problem. While they were decent with me they burnt the churro, the sandwich had a pitiful amount of meat, the sandwich price was ridiculous (tho I know that can be a Subway in general issue) and they were yelling at an employee for making the most minor of mistakes. It's an almost passable place to get a sandwich but with so many better options in the neighborhood (there's like 3 other better Subways in spitting distance) it's so much worse in comparison.

It's hard to mess up a sandwich, but hey, when you're a pro, you're a pro. First guy was great, second guy doing veggies and toppings was aggressive and chucked everything on with a level of inaccuracy matched only by his grunts of frustration. The bread was merely a delivery device for the oil and vinegar soup I was served. You know when you sop up extra sauce with bread at the end of a meal? Not like that. This soggy sandwich of sadness simply sat there in my class uneaten, I assume it tasted like hatred and depression, I'm not sure because it disintegrated into some kind of Italian herb and cheese paste. I have average expectations of going to Subway... I mean it's a sandwich... But I fear I shan't go back to this location, I despise seeing my meat abused in such ways.

I must say, this subway location is one of a kind. There is one single man running the show and he prepared my sandwich with the utmost care, even with a line of people behind of me. He then took care of other patrons with the same care and effort.

amazing staff, super down to earth and felt welcomed, made an amazing quality sandwich with turkey breast for me. I needed directions around NYC and the employee really helped me with that and took his time with it too. overall a superb experienceWheelchair accessibility: stairs only to enter, no other way inside this subway location

Walked in at 7:30pm on a Thursday and was told that they decided to closed early and wouldn't serve me. SmH
My family and myself came to eat Sunday and the food was good but why no bathroom? The man was nice but said no bathroom. Must make bathroom!
