The employee who served us was as rude as possible, blowing at us with every request/question. Impossible to see the ingredients as usual at Subway, so we chose a sandwich from the menu. The waiter still asked us if we wanted certain ingredients or not (good attention) however he seemed annoyed by each of our answers. Let's not even talk about the sentences that we didn't understand (not being English speakers) and that we therefore made him repeat... It was super-human to repeat himself it seems. There are plenty of other Subways in the area, we haven't tried them but we recommend that you avoid this one!

The worker was so rude, she didn't even offer the paper napkins, also said that for 1 footlong you should get 2 only. Worst footlong ever. Small bread, no sausages, no vegetables. Full racism. Don't ever go to this location...........................! Waste of money....... I could have given 0 stars?

Extremely poor customer service. Guy working there was rude when I went early and told him I had an order for pickup. He was rolling his eyes and saying “I just got it”. I just wanted to let him know that I had the proof of order and that I was there and ready when they were done.

I walked in for my order that would be ready by 12:40. I was 10 minutes early. I didn’t want to interrupt them as they were making other sandwiches. The guy asked about “pickups” and I told him that my ordered says it would be ready by 12:40. He had an attitude and went to check. When he gave me my sandwich, I explained it to him again and called me crazy for not saying my name from the start. No respect and rude customer service just because I decided to follow the app. I didn’t want to be rude since they were busy handling other sandwiches. That’s what I got in returned for being polite.

Place is small. Furthermore I wanted to use a coupon and they told me they only take certain ones. I don't understand how you only take certain Coupons. Not everyone can pay or want to pay 15$ for a sandwich. Then the coupon that they said I could use said I could get chips I was told I could only get a cookie.

NOT SERVICE DOG FRIENDLY:I came in with my service dog and right before I paid for my food, a female employee told me that I couldn't stay for long because of my service dog. I told her that was discriminatory and illegal. She said she didn't care.

What an abysmal Subway. It is a shoebox that can't fit more than 3 customers at a time in it and the staff I have encountered there were both extremely inept as well as real A1 pricks. Couldn't be more rude they don't acknowledge you when you ask a question don't say hello or have a good day in response or anything. There are so many Subway restaurants around with very nice staff and with WAY better ambiance than this nasty hole in the wall. Do yourself a favor and go to pretty much any other Subway but this one.
I work really close by this Subway location and most days it's the most convenient food option for me. Today, like many other days I went there for my lunch break and was met with the same energy I am often met with, one of pure digust and rudeness. There is one employee at subway, he is Asian and a bit heavy set. this man is so extremely rude and causes me such discomfort. He slams things around and acts as though he is being bothered when he gets my order. I also notice that he never changes his gloves, he touches dirty surfaces and then proceeds to touch and handle food. this is actually disgusting and something needs to be done! Today, I heard him utter several racial slurs and so I proceeded to walk about and I never actually got my sandwich.

Made an online order for two footlongs from the phone while walking towards it and around 5-7 minutes away. It was ready even before we could reach. The online coupon was acceptable here too. We did not see an option to toast one of the sandwiches but she did it when asked about to toasting it there after we reached and while the sandwich was already made. The lady was very polite and patient to us. The place has a little space with only one table but this is NYC. Can’t blame them for any inconvenience during this entire transaction.
