Placed an order for pickup on their app around 8:30pm. Got to the store and it was closed, yet my card was charged even though no food was received… tried to find a customer service phone number - none. Tried to find a customer service email - none. Submitted a request via their contact form on their website - no response. Tried to call the store directly multiple times - call will not go through (says the line has been disconnected). Absolute trash company with nonexistent customer service. Filing as fraud with my bank. Shame on you, Subway. Will not be returning to any of your stores.

According to the philosophy of this shop, the products are always fresh. The idea of having you make exactly the sandwich you feel like eating is fantastic, especially in Parsis where the diet leaves a little to be desired. It's a good option.
