I was in desperate need of spices for all of the Italian cooking that I do and found Sullivan Street Tea & Spice Company on a random Google search. I ordered immediately and received my order quickly. Not only did the spices arrive beautifully packaged but they are exactly what I was looking for! Very excited that I found this place!

Felt weird walking in, no one greeted me and the the girl who checked me out went straight to asking me “is that all?” even when i greeted her LOL. Not an argumentative person but the unwelcoming attitude won’t get you far anywhere in life. I’m here to purchase while you’re stuck working in a closet spaced store. I still gave it a chance but if this matcha isn’t up to par I will return when I’m nearby and have a lovely talk with the staff.

I recently visited Sullivan Street Tea & Spice Company and it was a really nice experience. The shop looks cozy and peaceful, and there are so many different teas and spices to choose from. I liked the atmosphere because it felt calm and welcoming, not too crowded or noisy.

The staff was friendly and helped me pick a tea for relaxing evenings. They explained the flavors and gave good recomendations. I bought a few organic teas and one spice mix, and everything smelled very fresh and high quality. The tea tasted amazing at home, especially the green tea with mint.

One thing I really enjoyed was how unique the store feels. It is not like a normal supermarket shop. You can find interesting products from different countries, and the packaging also looks beautiful. The prices are a little high, but I think it is worth it for the quality.

I would definitely visit this place again if I come back to New York. If you love tea or cooking with spices, this shop is a great place to explore. The only small problem was that it took a bit long to pay because there were many customers, but overall the experience was very good.

I have yet to find another tea store with this kind of selection and prices, I've tried about 2-3 green tea flavors so far and they all are rich and flavorful.

It is a nice little shop with a great selection of teas and spices. The store has a cozy feel, and it’s a great place to stop by if you enjoy trying different flavors of tea. They have many options to choose from. It’s also a good place to pick up something unique for yourself or as a gift. They also have natural honey and other items you can use for kitchen and making tea.

Love coming here for my Loose Leaf Teas.

I could easily spend over an hour in this shop. I was with my husband, so I didn’t make him suffer. The staff are very helpful and eager to help. I asked for a suggestion, and it was wonderful!
