I watched the cashier be randomly rude to the person in front of me, and just ignored them. The cashier was nice to me, so idk why they singled out the person, but it was sad.

The ice cream was good but the service left a bad taste in my mouth. The lady scooping the ice cream was friendly, but I got zero acknowledgment from the cashier—no hello, goodbye, not a single sound. I couldn’t find the napkins cuz they blended into the table, but when I asked, he just silently pointed down, and I’m like I guess this guy might think I’m an idiot. Like sorry, maybe he was busy, but then I sat down and I heard him enthusiastically greet every person after me and wish for them to enjoy their night. That made me feel bad because I’m like, did I do something wrong? Was I not nice enough? It just made me feel unwelcome because it felt like I got singled out for whatever reason. Like yes, you close at 10, and I walked in at 9:40 for a scoop, but there was a whole line in front and behind me. Was I wrong for coming in?
I get that it’s the end of the night and that he wants to go home. But why does it feel like it’s my fault that I’m keeping them stuck in the store? I wasn’t even the last customer either, there were at least 5-8 people after me.
Anyways I’m just sitting down, eating, and getting ready to go because I’m aware they close at 10pm, and then he starts shooing me and some other couple out the store. After all that, I just felt unwelcome and like I didn’t deserve to be in the store.

I absolutely loved my visit to Sundaes Best last week! Their ube gelato was delightful, and the flavor truly stood out. It was creamy, vibrant, and rich. I can’t wait to come back!

Ice cream is so good. Smooth and sweet. The Falcons are super fresh and not artifical at all.mango is so accurate and the Ube is sweet but not too sweet with an aftertaste that is really similar to the real thing. Store is clean and cool. Staff is really nice. The yogurt is pretty basic but it isnt bad.I think the focal point is the ice cream.

My boyfriend and I recommend stopping by K-town even just for Sundaes Best! The owner was really nice about trying samples, the place was clean and inviting, and we settled for misugaru and honey makgeolli, which were so unique and delicious!
