This place was amazing! It was my first time coming here. First off the customer service was great. I am not sure what the name of our server was but he did a great job. He even put on our plastic bibs for us. We tried the cooked oysters as the appetizer, which I have to say were a bit too salty but it was still good. For the main, we made a boil with lobster and shrimp headless, with the garlic sauce. It came with potatoes and corn and the sauce was really juicy. The seafood was very fresh and I enjoyed it alot. In terms of drinks, I tried the soju which was excellent, I had the peach and apple flavor, prefer peach to apple. One thing to note is the cuttlery for us, maybe because of Covid, was one time use ones but it didnt mess up the ambiance. Also I came for a birthday so I brought a cake and they didnt have any issue with it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, wonderful ambiance, food and customer service, will definitely be back!

Started off with free peanuts that had a sezchuan kick. Something to keep you busy while you wait for your food. Got the 13 Herbal spice that was a unique flavor to this store and it was extremely aromatic. The food was fresh like descripted. The interior was pretty and there is outdoor dining as well.

WE LOVE SUP CRAB!! We got the king crab special. They bring out the fresh crab and it was bigger than our friends head! It's prepared three ways and they were all delicious. The first way is pan fried, the salted egg batter was so flavorful and delicious. The second way is drizzled in garlic butter with vermicelli noodles. Soooooooo delicious and you don't have to peak yourself! The less way is fried rice with the crab head. We killed it. The crab tasted so fresh and delicious. We also got the spicy popcorn chicken and truffle fries. Both were so flavorful and the popcorn chicken was so crunchy. This was our best meal in NYC. Our waiter, Mike, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Checked in on us often and is the one who recommended the food based on what we were craving! Ask for him and he'll take care of you. We'll definitely be visiting Sup Crab again when we visit NYC!!!

The food was really good, and our server, Mike was really nice. He took his time to explain the menu to us. I ordered the crab legs and it was still very fresh, smell and taste wise. I also had the clam chowder soup, which was really good too.
